Functional and simple B&B just elegantly renovated. Large and bright double bedrooms, two with private en-suite bathrooms and one with a private external bathroom in front of the room. Shared kitchen always available, with kettle, microwave, coffee machine. Coffee and tea available free of charge. On the ground floor of the building there is the Amici del Nuoto swimming pool, which has an agreement with bookable access. Municipal parking available in front of the structure. Paid weekdays from 8am to 8pm, free at night and on holidays.

The property's location is outside the center, but you can walk there in about fifteen minutes; otherwise public transport is available. On Sundays everything is closed (what little there is). I booked a room with a balcony; in reality the only balcony is the one in the shared kitchen. The building is under renovation, so there are scaffolding and loose cables in the entrance hall. We arrived in the evening and there was not even any light to go up to the first floor. The room has been renovated and is very clean. I would say it is fine for a couple of nights; for longer stays, I would not recommend it.
