Hi, I'm Paola,
Florentine DOC for generations, in love with Florence and its history. I have been married for 43 years, I have two grown children, I love nature and animals. I like to cook and take care of my home and my family and when I'm nervous I exhaust myself by cooking desserts: my Schiacciata alla Fiorentina - a typical Florentine Carnival dessert - is soft and very good.
In restoring our house I was able to give vent to my love for ancient things so I brought the beams of the house back to wood and also the stones you will find; it was a tiring and long job but I did it with a lot of passion.
