Description

Rinathos Guest House is located in the historical center of Arezzo in a strategic position, just a few steps away from the city's most important monuments, and with the possibility of parking your car for free near the property.

The building dates back to the early 18th century and has recently been renovated, combining ancient and modern elements.

The rooms all have private en-suite bathrooms and are characterized by the typical stone and brick walls of the area, as well as wooden ceilings and terracotta tiles.

We also have an apartment available with a kitchenette and washing machine for longer stays.

Excellent accommodation very close to the historic center and within Porta San Clemente. Simple but very comfortable room, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Franco is a very helpful host. He also provided us with information on great restaurants and pastry shops. Thank you Franco. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, the welcome was warm, with the owner offering to pick us up at the station. As soon as we arrived, he helped us with our luggage and pointed out various places for a better stay in Arezzo. The room was warm and welcoming, and the owner was always available and at our disposal for any eventuality.

I stayed in this great B&B. Very close to the center of Arezzo. Franco was very kind, he saved the parking spot in the nearby square since there were works in front of the property. Since my wife and I are elderly people, he carried our bag from the parking to the B&B. Very kind. I recommend it to you.

The structure is convenient for visiting Arezzo, at the beginning of the center but without parking problems. Franco was very helpful in welcoming and I felt good. The room was tidy and clean. A bit noisy during the day and late at night due to the passage of cars because it's close to the center. Definitely recommend it for those who want to discover the beauties of Arezzo and its surroundings.

Mi spiace perchè il gestore ha sbattutto fuori alle 10 in punto il mio compagno, attaccandosi al campanello. Va bene tutto, ma una mattina di novembre piovosa non penso prevedesse che mille nuovi ospiti fossero in arrivo... davvero sgradevole. Ed aggiungo a questo punto l'odore di muffa e la sporcizia che veniva dal bagno... no comment.

La sua recensione è a dir poco spiacevole. Oltre ad essere falsa su tutti i fronti. Davvero pensava di poter rimanere quanto voleva li dentro? Se c'è un orario di check-out va rispettato, e comunque non mi sono attaccato al campanello, ho suonato due volte, dato che il suo compagno ancora dormiva alle 10, ed è infatti uscito alle 10. 30, quindi mezz'ora più tardi dell'orario indicato. Detto questo rispettare l'orario di check-out non è solo una forma di rispetto nei nostri confronti ma anche degli ospiti che devono arrivare, e che hanno diritto a prendere la stanza all'orario di check-in indicato sulla scheda. Non siamo un albergo, abbiamo solo 3 camere, e si, in questo periodo lavoriamo molto quindi abbiamo cambi giornalieri e tempi stretti. Mentire poi sul resto è veramente brutto da parte sua, e farlo per ripicca è ancora peggio, soprattutto dopo le varie richieste da lei perpetrate il giorno precedente e che ho soddisfatto dato che le ho fatto trovare tutto quello che aveva chiesto. Le altre recensioni presenti qui sul sito parlano da sole, come può ben capire la sua recensione non è credibile leggendo le altre, e soprattutto la sua valutazione lo è ancora meno se si guarda alla nostra media votoche è superiore a 9. Per carità non siamo perfetti e cerchiamo di migliorarci anche grazie alle opinioni dei nostri ospiti, ma gettare fango in maniera gratuita è davvero un atteggiamento infantile e che denota una certa frustrazione. Well-maintained property, equipped with all comforts, in an ideal location to visit the city, with very convenient parking options. The structure is beautiful, clean and very close to the historic center. The manager is very helpful. Breakfast consists of a voucher to be used at the bar under the B&B or, and I recommend, at the pastry shop just a few meters from the B&B. Definitely recommended.

What struck me the most is Egidia's warm welcome. This is undoubtedly added to the strategic location, a stone's throw from the historic center!, and convenient free parking nearby, I found it under the house!

The structure of the Rinathos Guest House has faithfully met our expectations: friendliness in welcoming and interpersonal relationship, care of the premises where we were hosted, cleanliness, centrality both in relation to the historic center and to the point of interest (Tuscan Surgical Center), goodness of the breakfast offered at the bar below. I would say a nice positive mix that certainly made our stay pleasant.

To be fair, I felt compelled to write this review to inform others of my following evaluations. High courtesy and nobility of the manager ready to receive and satisfy every need. Strategic position of the house (with ample parking possibility below) as it is close to the ZTL area allows you to have the car at any time and at the same time reach the cathedral on foot in three minutes. Rooms, recently restored in an ancient house with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams enhanced in a modern way with immaculate sanitary facilities. I promise to return.
