The owner, a very kind person, made me feel comfortable, making herself available for all my needs. Excellent location just a few steps from the center and a few tram stops from the station. I was thrilled with the stay, absolutely recommendable.

In August, you can't rent a room overlooking a very busy avenue (the closed double window is designed to keep the constant noise away) and equip it with a rather noisy ceiling fan-toy. Ideal for those who love sleepless nights and sweaty baths.

Bed and Breakfast located 3 tram stops from the center of Florence. The host Roberta was very kind and extremely helpful during our stay, satisfying all our requests. Absolutely recommended for the size of the room, location, and host's courtesy.

The photos on the internet do not reflect reality. Very persistent cigarette smoke odor. Unhealthy air in the room due to the odor impregnated in the beds, blankets, and walls. The price per night is not worth it at all, especially for non-smokers. The rooms seem to be converted from an apartment in an old condominium. The decor is outdated and not suitable for families. The view is not nice at all, facing a very busy main road, making it impossible to keep the windows open due to the noise. Not recommended.

I highly recommend staying here! I had a great time, very clean room, a nice large bed, modern and well-maintained structure. Excellent location being very close to the tram stop that quickly takes you to the city center. Roberta was very easy-going, as well as super helpful in coordinating check-in and check-out times with me. I stayed only one night, but I would have liked to stay longer, and I hope to return in the future.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the tram line, which easily takes you to the old town (about 4 stops). The reception was friendly, the procedures simple. We could park our car for a small fee in the underground garage a few houses away. Overnight parking is also available on the street in front of the apartment. It was quiet even though you are in the city. The beds are comfortable. The toilet flush was unstable, which I would like to have fixed. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, but it disappeared with the door closed. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence!

Roberta, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The structure is clean and well-kept and has everything you need, including an elevator, TV, and hairdryer. Furthermore, it is very well soundproofed by double windows. Well served by tram and buses that pass every few minutes to go to the city center (also reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes) and the airport. There's no option for breakfast, but there are many bars and pastry shops within a few meters. Overall, highly recommended.
