The Residenza Florentia is located in Via del Sole 8, at the corner of the main street, Via Tornabuoni, and a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and the main attractions such as the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Santa Croce and the Duomo. Its location is ideal for those traveling by train, being only a 5-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station.

The rooms are air conditioned and equipped with furniture in the Florentine Renaissance Shabbi-Chic-Minimalist style, SMART-TV, WIFI, safe, minibar with free water, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Absolutely beautiful. Very old, but clean. Beautiful views. It is old of town, we had a car so it wasn’t a problem.

Good treatment in the hotel as well as in the place where we received breakfast, although they were far apart from each other. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels daily. Availability of water, coffee and tea all the time. Satisfied with the service. To improve, the shower key because it is not suitable for the size of the bathtub.

Recent, beautiful, clean, welcoming structure. The attention to the little things, which are not taken for granted and make a difference. Absolutely recommended the place and the managers. Very good.

The rooms are beautiful and nice. It would be better to clarify on the website that there is no breakfast, even though it's called a bed & breakfast. Apart from that, everything else is really good!
