Description

The Cavaliere Historical Residence welcomes its guests in unique surroundings, with ancient floors and carefully displayed antique furnishings, offering the opportunity to experience the increasingly rare experience of staying in a true noble residence. This small historical residence is easily accessible and located in the center of Bibbona, one of the most renowned areas, a short distance from Bolgheri. We offer three rooms of different sizes, all with private bathrooms, state-of-the-art air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, 43/46-inch smart TVs, and a welcome kit. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The entire structure was completely renovated in 2023, while preserving the architectural features of this gem from the 1930s. On the first floor, there is a wonderful terrace of approximately 35 square meters, enclosed on three sides by a beautiful ancient brick wall and on one side by a time-polished rock wall. The rooms are accessed through a corridor adorned with art objects and antiques. The Cavaliere is the ideal place for couples seeking relaxation and unforgettable moments of complicity; however, the property does not accommodate children under the age of 12. Bright spaces, ancient floors, exposed beams, and the atmosphere of the 1930s make our historical residence a place to remember.

Really beautiful place. The owners were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with a large bathroom equipped with everything needed. Breakfast was amazing… it's a pity we couldn't enjoy it on the terrace because of bad weather, but it was still really nice indoors. We will return.

Last week we stayed at this romantic B&B, welcomed by Martina and Fabio not as mere guests but as true friends. Martina delighted us every day with her "stunning" breakfasts, served with classy touches, such as fresh flowers and rose petals, a joy for the eyes and not just for the palate, on the beautiful terrace, where we enjoyed their company chatting amiably. The rooms, besides being impeccable in cleanliness, were furnished with restored furniture and art objects with great care. ...And what can I say about Fabio, always ready to point out lesser-known corners to discover, as well as to share anecdotes and historical insights related to all his passions, ranging from archaeology to his wonderful "French vintage bicycles" on which he has written a beautiful book. Martina, Fabio, we thank you again for your warm hospitality, hoping to return soon.

I believe that the word that best represents the Residenza d'Epoca Cavaliere is "Time", as everything in it seems connected to this concept. As soon as you enter, you immediately realize that nothing is left to chance: every detail is the result of careful attention and dedicated work to create a unique atmosphere, elegant yet at the same time familiar and welcoming. It is easy to get lost in admiration of the corners of the common areas and your own room. An additional value is the hosts, Martina and Fabio, who surprised us with warm hospitality, always ready to dedicate time and attention to us, a rare and much appreciated behavior. Between one chat and another, Fabio told us fascinating stories about the antique objects that decorate the house, while Martina delighted us with an unexpected aperitif to greet the year that was coming to an end, a moment of conviviality that allowed us to socialize with other guests. The breakfast, expertly prepared by Martina, offers a variety that ranges from savory to sweet, with fresh and quality products, and homemade cakes and tarts.

The environments are refined, spotless, and taken care of in every little detail, creating an atmosphere of class and comfort. The position of the structure is ideal, allowing easy exploration of the surrounding wonders and reaching the sea in a few minutes. Besides these aspects, what made our experience unique were the owners, Martina and Fabio.
