By choosing LA RESIDENZA DEL MARE (an apartment for 4 persons) and IL FARO (a two room apartment for 2/3 persons) located in this stately building, you not only opt for a relaxing seaside vacation, but also for the perfect starting point to explore the timeless wonders of Tuscany.
LA RESIDENZA DEL MARE – A spacious apartment, 200 metre from the sea
Located in the heart of the historical centre of San Vincenzo, this larger apartment of 80sqm is based mere steps away from the sea and offers a beautifully restored look. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with LCD TV and 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with king size double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and 1 bedroom with two single beds. A further bathroom with a shower also features. An additional upstairs, superior attic room completes the property.
IL FARO
A two room apartment, 200 metres from the sea. Located in the heart of the historical centre and only a few steps from the sea, this 43sqm two room apartment is suitable for 2 to 3 people. With a totally renovated look, it consists of 1 double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed, TV and a kitchen corner. Private parking is available inside the property. Pets are not allowed.

Week in September, tail end of summer. The weather was still beautiful and I could enjoy the sea in tranquility. Residenza del Mare is the perfect place, close to the sea, close to the center. Everything is taken care of in every detail, reflecting the good taste and elegance of the hostess. Cordiality, kindness, and professionalism characterized the entire stay. To return. A nice discovery.

Love escape before Easter days. For us cleanliness is essential, the convenience of a parking space under the house and the proximity to everything. And so it was. To be repeated. Thank you Claire for your hospitality!

My husband and I were looking for an exclusive yet convenient place for our kids, and I must say that the La Residenza del Mare apartment, where we stayed, reflected these characteristics. Super central apartment, cozy, very clean and well furnished. We were well received by the owner Claire who gave us countless tips on what to do, where to go, and what to visit. We highly recommend La Residenza del Mare and will definitely return.

We were guests in a beautiful apartment in the town center. The furnishings are very well-kept and everything is in order, with great attention to cleanliness. Residenza del Mare is ideal for a beach holiday. The location allows you to walk to the most beautiful beaches of S. Vincenzo and nearby you have access to all services, with the convenience of a parking space in the courtyard. Claire is very helpful and attentive to meet the guests' needs. Beautiful experience.

Super impressed with the location, apartment and host, Claire. The property was perfect for a weekend escape, we were central and able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with ease. It made the experience super relaxing. The apartment is tastefully furnished both inside and out, and immaculately cleaned. Claire greeted us warmly in all her contact with us and gave great recommendations for the area. Her English was fabulous and meant communication was easy throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back, looking at a week long Summer escape by the coast.

I am not used to write reviews, however the Residenza del Mare of Mrs. Claire where I stayed with friends, deserves an exception for the furnishings, cleanliness, and charm (forget the usual beach house with paper curtains and plastic furniture) and the kindness of the owner who gave us a series of tips and kindly allowed us to leave the luggage for an extra day. Convenient parking.
