La Residenza del Mare is a spacious 80 m² apartment that has been completely renovated, situated in the heart of the historic center, just 200 meters from the sea and the port. Perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an LCD TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. Upstairs, there is an attic with a laundry area and a terrace equipped for enjoyable moments of relaxation. Private parking is included for guests. Pets are not allowed.
On the other hand, Il Faro is a charming 43 m² two-room apartment, ideal for a couple with a child. Elegantly furnished and renovated, it overlooks the lively street of San Vincenzo and is just a short walk from the sea. The apartment includes a double bedroom, a living room with a third bed and a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Private parking is also available on the property. Pets are not permitted.

We stayed in the bilocale Il Faro in August 2024. Central, welcoming, very clean, and well-furnished apartment. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Claire, who gave us countless tips on what to do, where to go, and what to visit, especially since the area is rich in places worth visiting. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. This way, we could also try the adjacent apartment that the owner has, a bit more spacious for a family of 4 and always decorated with great taste.

Week in September, tail end of summer. The weather was still beautiful and I could enjoy the sea in tranquility. Residenza del Mare is the perfect place, close to the sea, close to the center. My husband and I were looking for an exclusive yet convenient place for our kids, and I must say that the La Residenza del Mare apartment, where we stayed, reflected these characteristics. We were guests in a beautiful apartment in the town center. The furnishings are very well-kept and everything is in order, with great attention to cleanliness. Residenza del Mare is ideal for a beach holiday. The location allows you to walk to the most beautiful beaches of S. Vincenzo and nearby you have access to all services, with the convenience of a parking space in the courtyard. Claire is very helpful and attentive to meet the guests' needs. Beautiful experience.

Super impressed with the location, apartment and host, Claire. The property was perfect for a weekend escape, we were central and able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with ease. It made the experience super relaxing. The apartment is tastefully furnished both inside and out, and immaculately cleaned. Claire greeted us warmly in all her contact with us and gave great recommendations for the area. Her English was fabulous and meant communication was easy throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back, looking at a week long Summer escape by the coast.

I am not used to write reviews, however the Residenza del Mare of Mrs. Claire where I stayed with friends, deserves an exception for the furnishings, cleanliness, and charm (forget the usual beach house with paper curtains and plastic furniture) and the kindness of the owner who gave us a series of tips and kindly allowed us to leave the luggage for an extra day. Convenient parking.
