The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a tourist complex consisting of apartments, located in the heart of the Etruscan coast, not far from the sea and from the center of San Vincenzo (1, 5 Km), belonged to one of the most noble families of Tuscany and of the Etruscan Coast, the Gherardesca.

Our apartments are distinguished STUDIOS, two and three fully furnished in rustic, typical Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort and almost all have an outdoor area with tables and chairs in order to enjoy the scents of the Tuscan countryside.

For our guests we provide a swimming pool with jacuzzi, barbecue area and dining under a gazebo, gym and play area for children.

Situated along the Via Aurelia, with the hills on one side and the sea on the other reflects how architectural characteristics of the Tuscan territory.

Good morning,
our structure is a family business, that is, of two families that years ago they decided to invest in this wonderful resort, where once the Etruscans chose this place to settle and develop their civilization..near the sea, mainly with climate mild and now away from the street. Our family is originally from Bergamo, but now transplanted here..and there is nothing wrong!

Excellent structure very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, comfortable apartment in my opinion only lacks a small dishwasher and a few more pots. Everything else ok.

Very nice property, but with some small flaws. The garden of the apartment, perhaps because we were at the beginning of the season, was barren and the dividing fence also needed restoration. On Saturday morning, despite there being a good number of guests, they decided to start disturbing at 9 o'clock with the leaf blower (and then finishing around 11 o'clock). The secretariat is very punctual in responding to emails.

Excellent structure, the apartment where we stayed was very large, comfortable beds, well-kept and well-furnished, the pool is very beautiful and also has a whirlpool area, there are really nice common areas, table football, ping pong, gym, and games for children, really nothing is missing! Just one thing to report: the price indicated on the bed & breakfast website does not correspond at all to the real one, in any case the structure is worth the price paid.

I stayed with my wife and our three children during Easter for a relaxing time. Our apartment is comfortable and cozy, equipped with all the amenities. We thank the staff for their courtesy and availability. Definitely an experience to repeat.

Excellent facility for a total relaxation holiday. Our two-room apartment had all the amenities, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fenced garden at the back, and a patio in the front portico. Also excellent is the garage accommodation for the car (useful for going to the beach, but bicycles are also available for rent). Pets are welcome (in the Podere San Giuseppe park there is also a dog area and, not far away, a dog beach). The only downside, a few too many flies, which can be neutralized with spray and the provided mosquito nets. Overall, a very positive experience.
