The resort in Tuscany was well located near medieval towns. The pool, lounge, and bar areas were a feature, and dinner on the terrace was always enjoyable. Our room had a view and was not cramped. We relaxed and toured there for a week.

Looking at the photos of the accommodation, it seemed like an exceptional place. The location is, and the hotel surely must have been splendid at one time. But currently it is very run down and neglected. A pity. We spent a week on half board, and the breakfast and also the dinner were very poor. The value for money is very bad. Very expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. All the staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel has great potential, but if we may, we would like to offer some suggestions to improve it. This is not a criticism but a suggestion for a better experience. The dinner menu could vary slightly during the week and include soups or cream-based dishes, in addition to salads. Please check the information on Booking.com because they state that the hotel has a laundry service, which is not true. However, when we pointed this out at reception, they offered to take care of our laundry, which they did, thus solving our problem. Finally, we would like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome at the hotel.
