Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

Credit Card Guarantee: You may cancel your booking up to 8 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 6 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 1 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes

- Our Home Restaurant, managed directly by the owners, is only available for guests staying on Half Board - (7.30pm - 9.00pm) Available only for the entire stay, to be communicated directly to the farm at least 36 hours before arrival based on availability. The guest will be able to choose between two first courses, two second courses and finally our homemade dessert by Mrs. Marzia, in the name of Tuscan tradition and the authenticity of the products used.
