"Pleasant stay in the quiet of the Maremmana countryside." We stayed at this B&B in Albinia for a couple of nights and we really enjoyed it. The structure is immersed in the quiet Maremmana countryside, in a strategic position to reach both the sea and the inland. The atmosphere is pleasantly informal, you feel at ease right away. The room was very clean, well-kept, and equipped with everything necessary for a simple yet comfortable breakfast: refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, packaged croissants, jams, and juices. Great solution as a base to go to the beach on the stunning Maremma coast. The manager is very attentive and friendly, and the room was well-furnished and equipped with everything necessary. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend it.

If you want to fall in love with a place and miss it when you return, this is the right place. Surrounded by the real countryside, but just a few minutes from the most beautiful seaside coasts. Around there are flowers, fruit trees, a vineyard, tomatoes that Mr. Livio cultivates and then makes into sauce like in the past. Little rabbits and chickens that are shown to you with affection, because the hosts are kind, welcoming people who make you feel at home. The apartment is taken care of in every detail, with everything you need, from the coffee machine to the keyboard to play. Giuliano's welcome is wonderful and attentive, the view, both at dawn and at sunset, is spectacular. The night is full of stars. The barbecue, a splendid terrace, and a written guide to discover the most beautiful beaches in the area. Mrs. Angela invites you for a coffee and a chat, sweet like a mother. What can I say? Unforgettable, a place and people you want to return to.

Delightful people, 100 percent available for guests, we felt at home. They do not provide breakfast service but they supply everything in the room so that you can have it independently. This way one has the maximum independence. We will definitely come back!

This accommodation was the realization of our perfect relaxation vacation: we were undecided between countryside and sea and had the opportunity to enjoy both. The structure is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, in the morning (choosing the room as we did) you open the window to a beautiful vineyard and then reach the Giannella beach in less than 15 minutes. Elisa, Giuliano, and his in-laws were 100% available in terms of directions and our specific needs. We will definitely try to come back and stay this time in the apartment that has a beautiful balcony and a beautiful green view.

We stayed for 4 nights in the week of Ferragosto, at a really reasonable price even though it was high season, and we were very happy with the treatment we received. The owners of the house are exquisite, kind, and helpful people, we really felt at home. The area is quiet and ideal for those who need to unwind from daily frenzy, and the garden carefully looked after by the lady makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale. The location is good both for reaching the beaches and if you want to visit the interior because everything is nearby; the rooms are clean and welcoming, the only flaw was the lack of air conditioning, but they will surely be taking care of it.

We discovered a beautiful house in the countryside. The welcome by the couple of owners is very welcoming and warm, giving us many tips on nearby visits. We had at our disposal the entire upper floor, very spacious, clean but in an old style, which did not bother us. A very large terrace completes everything. The available WiFi is a plus.

I stayed with three other people in this beautiful house where absolutely nothing is missing to have a fantastic holiday! The place where it is located is a quiet and magical place; from the fantastic terrace you can admire a spectacular and typical Tuscan landscape. The house is in excellent condition, clean and comfortable; it is in a good position for those with a car as it is close to many interesting places and especially close to the sea. The homeowners are good and hospitable people who will make you feel at home! We all have only beautiful memories of this holiday and hope to be able to return.
