Description
The farmhouse is a ground floor building with 3 independent apartments in organic farm.
Surrounded by woods, cultivated land and meadows in the river valley of the Bruna river which is born a few kilometers from the wonderful and uncontaminated Accesa lake and flows into the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia after about 20 km.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with sofa bed for 1 or 2 people and a space in the porch with a table and the chairs overlooking the woods.
Near the wood there is the CAMPING AREA.

We are an organic farm in the small river valley of the BRUNA, a river that originates from the nearby ACCESA lake which is suitable for bathing and which marked the boundary of the ancient Etruscan city of VETULONIA. Famous are the ruins of the ancient medieval castle of Pia de' Tolomei already mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy. Quiet area which benefits from the coolness of the surrounding woods in summer. Excellent starting point for trekking and bike tours, climbing or to visit ancient towns and archaelogical areas

The pool in the picture does not exist. Since I mainly judge and choose accommodations based on images, I was very disappointed and left on the second day. The only positive thing I can say is about the cleanliness. 350€ for 7 nights without a pool, without breakfast, and in the middle of nowhere is definitely too high. If you do not want to go without water, you are forced to drive 40 km every day to the sea. The kitchen infrastructure has the bare minimum. I recommend bringing everything or doing a big grocery shop.

Consiglio di leggere bene la presentazione della struttura invece di affidarsi unicamente alle foto. Comunque la piscina "fuori terra" è presente nei mesi estivi. A 8 km c'è una piscina all'aperto PUBBLICA, ovviamente il primo maggio quando è venuta la signora, non era aperta, come tutte le piscine esterne; inoltre a 15 minuti c'è il bellissimo lago "dell'Accesa", con acqua cristallina, quello sì sempre aperto anche in caso di pioggia, come i giorni trascorsi, mentre il mare si può raggiungere con 30 minuti di macchina a Castiglione della Pescaia. I primo supermercato COOP è a 4 km dall'agriturismo. Il silenzio, la tranquillità e la pulizia anche dell'aria e della terra sono i nostri punti di forza (siamo un'azienda agricola biologica) ma questo non si può vedere dalle foto.

Excellent structure. We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery. We were close to several tourist places and the very kind Mrs. Elena advised us very well. To return.
