Description
Podere L'Orsinghi is located at the end of the medieval village of Ravi. With this hilltop position you can enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of the Maremma. The large garden with swimming pool is ideal for families with children, but also for couples who want to escape the stress of big cities. The village is reached in a few minutes and offers a restaurant with Maremma cuisine and pizza. In the two bars on the square you can buy fresh bread in the morning. In the evening with a nice aperitif you participate in the life of the village.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 16 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 60.00 € per oom/accomodation

Other notes

At the time of booking must be paid a deposit of 30% as a bank transfer. The balance will be paid upon arrival. The cleaning of the apartments is divided into Euro 55.00 per app. A. Euro 60.00 per App. B. Euro 65.00 for App. C and D. The final cleaning will be paid locally. The arrival in the months of July and August is always Saturday, the other periods on request.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Podere Orsinghi per una settimana. Il panorama è mozzafiato e il giardino privato è ben curato e molto piacevole con una bellissima piscina per rinfrescarsi. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato aveva un'ampia terrazza vivibile e attrezzata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio io e mio marito. È andato tutto oltre le aspettative. Un'oasi di pace, un panorama stupendo. Risvegli da sogno. Abbiamo goduto tantissimo il patio esterno per le nostre cene di fronte al verde della Maremma. Al ritorno dal mare ci si può rilassare in piscina attrezzata di lettini. La proprietaria molto attenta ai dettagli ha fornito L alloggio di ogni necessità compresa la lavastoviglie. La casa è situata in fondo al paesino e a piedi si raggiunge un ottimo ristorante toscano con anche cucina di pesce e pizzeria. Sorprendente un piccolo baretto che fornisce generi di prima necessità, pane fresco e un gelato al caffè veramente buono. La casa è in una posizione dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le spiagge della sterpaia e dalla parte opposta cala violina e le spiagge verso punta ala. Una vacanza veramente al top..peccato esserci rimasti solo una settimana! Ci torneremo!

Area hills

The medieval village Ravi is located on the Maremma hills not far from the sea. With its 200 inhabitants it is a very peaceful village. In the summer months the two bars in the square organize parties and in the village restaurant you can eat fish, meat and pizza very well.
