Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 16 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 70.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of medium-small size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 30 € for final cleaning

Other notes

At the time of booking must be paid a deposit of 30% as a bank transfer. The balance will be paid upon arrival. The cleaning of the apartments is divided into Euro 60.00 per app. A. Euro 65.00 per App. B. Euro 70.00 for App. C and D. The final cleaning will be paid locally. The arrival in the months of July and August is always Saturday, the other periods on request.
