Typical Tuscan countryhouse dating back to the end of the 19th century at few minutes from the Medieval village of Anghiari. Not far, the town of Sansepolcro, famous for its museum, where some of the most important paintings and frescoes by Piero della Francesca can be admired, and the small hamlet of Monterchi, where the Pregnant Madonna by the same painter can be seen. An ideal place if you also wish to visit towns such as Arezzo, Cortona, Poppi and the Casentino Valley (National Park of the Casentino Forests, The Hermitage of Camaldoli and the Monastery of La Verna), and Northern Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, and Montone.

It was a pleasure to stay three nights at Podere Infranciani, in a strategic location for visiting Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Caprese Michelangelo and La Verna. In open countryside, it is reached via a dirt road. A real farmhouse, very quiet, run by a very kind lady and her spectacular little dog. Highly recommended if you want peace and tranquility at an affordable price.

Very quiet place, old farmhouse but very well kept. We had booked the room with a bathroom but the owner kindly let us stay in the apartment, very spacious with the bathroom just renovated. Emilia was very kind and helpful, a really lovely person. We recommend it.

A rustic country house of the past, typical of the area, rich in charm: with its signs of time, but also with wooden ceilings and tiles, huge stone fireplace, table with Carrara marble, antique floor and typical Tuscan stone facade. Not suitable for those who love all new and plastic structures, here everything has the flavor of days gone by. Perfect location for those who love the area, immersed in the green of the countryside with a view of the surrounding hills less than 2 km from Anghiari; perfect for those who want to visit the places of Piero Della Francesca and enjoy the countryside in peace. Very kind lady with a sweet little puppy that we will never forget.

You arrive at the structure through an easily passable white dirt road, and the spectacle that unfolds before your eyes is wonderful. A farm in 1800s style immersed in a succession of hills and patches of lush green forest. Here and there fruit trees and various crops. An exciting scenario that is completed with the arrival of Emilia, the owner, a special person with a very sweet smile, welcoming, helpful, and kind, who makes this stay even more magical. You return home full of positive energy and with a deep nostalgia for those unique moments spent in that little corner of paradise.

My son and I had a great time, the lady is very kind and attentive to every need. The apartment is located in a farmhouse and is furnished with furniture that speaks of Tuscan peasant culture. A very pleasant stay.

We found this hotel by chance and off season. The farm is a bit difficult to reach if you have a sports car, but otherwise it is a little corner of paradise. Quiet and serene, with the most welcoming host you can imagine. We extended our stay because it is close to wonderful places and the ancient old town of Anghiari. We recommend this idyllic farm. Breakfast is possible.

The Podere Infranciani Agriturismo is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in the high valtiberina, 2 kilometers from Anghiari. It is recommended to use GPS (Google Maps or TomTom) to get there. The last 700 meters are unpaved but easily passable. It is ideal for peaceful holidays away from traffic and the stress of everyday life. The rooms furnished in rustic style are equipped with the essentials and are comfortable and spacious. The Agriturismo has WIFI. It is worth mentioning the great availability and kindness of Emilia, the owner.

A quiet, ancient, and original house. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by fields, with a beautiful landscape of Umbria. Excellent hospitality! Characteristic bed and breakfast for those who, like us, do not like hotels, maximum silence and tranquility. Difficult to find if you don't have a navigator, but the sweet granddaughter Aurora was a real help, very kind and cute. A tip: now that the cold is approaching, I would keep the radiators on at night and especially in the morning in the bathroom.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The host, Emilia, is one of the most hospitable and accommodating people I have ever met. Great location for sightseeing, recreational activities like biking excursions, restaurants, and exploring the characteristic villages and towns in the area. The location and the view are spectacular. Just a two-minute drive from the famous Borgo di Anghiari. The apartment is cozy, equipped in every part, and the furnishings are in harmony with the structure; Podere Infranciani seems like a house lost in time immersed in nature. Open and quiet spaces available for adults and children, allowing them to better experience and understand what it means to play outdoors, in the countryside.

The place is isolated but very nice, reachable by a dirt road about 700 meters long. The owner is extremely kind and hospitable, I greatly appreciated this aspect. Authentic rustic, you have the feeling of being out of the world but in 5 minutes you are in Anghiari, a very lovely place.

Farmhouse located about 1.5 km from the main paved road, but easily reachable. Fully repays for the peace, the silence, the friendliness of Emilia who manages it, the quality of the furniture, well-kept and perfectly suited to the rural environment. Recommended for those who want to forget for a while the frantic bombardment of smartphones, mobile PCs, TV, and the like. It felt like going on vacation to grandma's house in the countryside.

Informal place suitable for those seeking tranquility and peace. The structure is furnished in a simple way with almost antique furniture, the available spaces are spacious and sufficient, breakfast is not provided (except in special cases) but there is a well-stocked kitchen available. There are ample spaces for parking in the very large courtyard with lots of greenery. To get there, you travel along a dirt road of about 1 km, it is a narrow country road but with a fairly good surface. A place suitable for romantics.

Do you know a marquis, or rather, a count who returns after a long period of absence? Finds everything in its place, as if time had stopped. That's how I experienced my stay but the most beautiful thing was to feel at home, to find oneself, thanks to the welcoming of a special person who guards a treasure made of beauty, peace, and harmony. And when, reluctantly, I have to leave again, I think that in the end it is not so difficult to seek simplicity. Just come back to Podere Infranciani.

A splendid place immersed in the Tuscan countryside. We had a great time, the rooms and the structure well taken care of and very clean. The possibility of using the super-equipped kitchen with a small child was an added value. The kindness and sweetness of the owner as well. An experience to be repeated for sure. My family and I spent a few very pleasant days of vacation in this beautiful place: the garden is really very pleasant, you don't want to leave it! The children were delighted to be able to help our host take care of the goats and the pig; she was lovely with them (and with us). The house is functional, spacious, very clean and has the charm of antiquity. I highly recommend the place to nature, landscape, and tranquility lovers.

My partner and I stayed on the evening of 24th August 2015. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Emilia, the manager of Podere Infranciani. Emilia is always smiling and hospitable even though we arrived earlier than expected. The property is very beautiful, a real farmhouse, if you are looking for peace, silence, and tranquility, you will find it here. In the late evening, we had an issue not related to the property, but Emilia was very helpful (it was past 10 pm!). We had a great time and hope to return soon.
