Description

Reception, hall and rooms are located in the main building. They are furnished with old furniture and modern comfort. All rooms have bathroom, telephone, safe heating. The restaurant is set in an annexe in a lovely garden. Private parking. Swimning Pool only for our guests.

Podere Conte Gherardo in surrounded by a wonderful park with Mediterranean plants and it is accessible only throungh the principal gate.

The beach is five minutes away. Nearby you will find possibilities for tennis, horse riding and sailing.

You can reach Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri in ten minutes by car. Populonia, founded by the Etruscans, the enchanting Golfo di Baratti merit a day trip. The Isles of Elba, Giglio and Capraia are easily reachable every day from the ports of Piombino and Livorno.

Aldu 'Braccini purchased this old and dilapidated cottage..

Renovated by his daughter, Patrizia who made it a real gem. His passion for art is expressed in his handmade cross-stitch paintings, in the writings on the walls that sing colorful songs.

The art of cooking handed down from her mother, Marisa make the farm's breakfasts a flagship for variety and goodness.

The wonderful garden furnished with centuries-old plants is cared for by her husband, Luigi called "the count", as well as the splendid olive grove that frames it!
With the arrival of their two children, Matteo and Gianluca, tradition joined innovation with giving birth to the "Dwellings" pieces of a puzzle born to surprise.

The Agri charme Podere Conte Gherardo is the result of the work and love of a single large family!

Very charming, close to the sea (30 minutes walk) and also to beautiful villages nearby. Great breakfast and friendly hosts, although they speak limited English. Very quiet property, I would recommend it for couples, not for those traveling with young children.
