Description
Our Podere al Mare farm is located in a very strategic position, just 5 minutes from the sea. We are located on the Etruscan Coast, just behind the town of Cecina, on a private hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. In a few minutes by car you can reach the town with all the basic necessities and in a few minutes you can reach the beaches. We have more than 20 km of beaches..every day you can reach a new one. We have apartments from 2 to 8 beds and villas in the park with their own private and fenced garden. We also have villas with a private swimming pool. The farm has a large park with a swimming pool (21 meters) with tropical umbrellas and sun loungers, a football field, a volleyball court, table tennis, a corner with games for the little ones. Parking area. Wifi. Pets Allowed.

I stayed at this farmhouse with my family and our dog Rollì. The landlord and his wife are very kind and helpful. Our studio is very nice with a place outside to eat, so much silence. We enjoyed all the peace, tranquility, and privacy we needed. Strategic point for many trips to small villages, not only the sea. Good wine. We were really sorry to have to leave. We arrived enticed by the website presentation. We found ourselves in a dramatic situation: complete lack of cleanliness, bathroom in dreadful conditions with clogged drain and foul-smelling fumes, putrid dishwasher drains, broken fridge with no light, 1920s steel furniture. Lack of a television. Lack of basic kitchen equipment like cutting board and trays, etc. Cracks, blood stains, holes in the plaster. Absence of a useful cleaning appliance, so we had to buy one.

Just returned from a short stay. Very satisfied, lovely place, well organized in the outdoor spaces and convenient for excursions to different cities in the area. Recommended!

Very spacious apartment, missing hooks and clothes horse. Very beautiful location, pool and adjacent space very welcoming and relaxing. Definitely worth trying again. Great location between sea and countryside.
