Our apartment is located in a panoramic area, slightly hilly, near Montecatini Terme, known for its spa waters and establishments and cities of art.

Pinestreet Apartment is a hospitable and comfortable structure.

The area and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to go shopping, immerse themselves in the quiet of the luxuriant gardens and in the splendid landscapes, even just looking out the window.

A short distance from our residence guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.

PineStreet is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of home in places to stay, for a dream vacation in a welcoming environment, for all those who want to take care of themselves in a serene and comfortable environment and for those who looking for relaxation and rest.

We will provide our guests with the entire apartment, which consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom. In addition, free wifi, heated and air-conditioned rooms, parking in front of the house (1 parking space), a large paved outdoor patio.

The property can accommodate up to 4 people.

The bedroom consists of a double bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, topper and cotton sheets. The room is equipped with a smart TV with internet access and a small wardrobe.

The spacious and comfortable living room consists of a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table for 4 people, a smart TV.

The bathroom, spacious and furnished with real wood, consists of toilet, bidet and walk-in shower with hand shower and head for greater comfort.

The kitchen, for those who would like to cook something at home, is equipped with an induction hob, the latest generation electric oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. Cookware, glasses and other crockery are available to guests.

Washing machine and a small drying rack are available outside.

Disabled access is available, the property is on the ground floor and all on one level with no step at the front door.
