Description
This ground floor accommodation is located in a building from the late 1800s with an independent entrance in the hilly area of Careggi.
It's only 800 meters away from the Meyer Pediatric Hospital, very close to the Careggi Hospital and University, the CTO, the Ulivella I Glicini Clinic, the Demetra Clinic, etc. but also close to some important Medici Villas, the nearest one being only 600 meters away. About 1, 300 meters away is the "Don Renzo Forconi" park, where you can take pleasant walks and/or picnics thanks to the presence of tables and benches.
The city center can be reached in a few minutes thanks to the tram, which is about 1, 200 meters away from the accommodation.
The kitchen area is equipped with an electric stove, an under-counter fridge, an electric oven, dishes, and kitchen linens.
In the storage cabinet, in addition to various detergents and cleaning supplies, there is a washer dryer that allows guests to conveniently wash and dry their own clothes.
From the dining room/kitchen, you have direct access to the bedroom, which consists of:
- A double bed
- Bedside tables with bedside lamps
- A wardrobe with two sliding doors, equipped with various compartments, drawers, hangers, trouser hangers, and two shoe racks, and also containing other pillows, blankets of various types, an iron, and an ironing board

The accommodation is very complete and comfortable. The attention is satisfactory, but the location is terrible. The apartment is at the edge of the street, very dangerous, on a hill, which makes it difficult to get to the station. If I had known, I would have never chosen it. I knew it was on the outskirts of Florence, but I didn't know I had to take a bus and a train to get anywhere. There are no sidewalks to walk on.

Anche se non è mia abitudine, mi vedo obbligata a rispondere a questa recensione in quanto altamente inesatta e fuorviante e non vorrei che qualcuno ci credesse sul serio. Innanzitutto sul sito c'è una puntuale e veritiera descrizione sull'ubicacazione dell'alloggio che non si trova affatto su una specie di collina o altura, ed è chiaramente precisato che la tramvia dista esattamente 1200 metri dell'alloggio ed è facilmente raggiungibile con un bus di quartiere che passa proprio a pochissimi passi dall' alloggio stesso. Lei dice che bisogna prendere autobus o, addirittura, treno per arrivare ovunque ! ma quale treno ? non è assolutamente vero ! qui, per esempio, siamo talmente vicini all'ospedale Pediatrico Meyer e all'ospedale di Careggi che, anche chi viene in macchina, ci va a piedi. Capisco che lei si riferisce al raggiungimento della stazione di Santa Maria Novella, è ovvio che per raggiungerla bisogna prendere la tramvia! chi viene qua lo sa e non ci trova niente di strano, non so da voi, in Argentina, come funziona... forse è tutto più vicino. The structure is very nice, clean but definitely out of the way. There is no parking, it is located on a curve where cars obviously pass by. The only positive note is that for those who need to go to Meyer, it is very close on foot. Mrs. Gloria is exceptional.

We stayed at the Permanenzalieta for 3 days. Excellent location due to its proximity to Meyer, although it is on a very busy street even at night and the entrance door is practically on the road. The structure is small, but furnished in a functional way (we were 4, 2 adults and 2 small children and we were a bit tight). The furnishings as well as the structure may be unsuitable for small children (kitchen and bedroom are separated by a step). The owner is very kind and helpful and always leaves something for breakfast. I would suggest leaving a scale and some kitchen paper among the things available to guests. Overall, I would say it is a good structure, especially for 2 people.

We were welcomed very well during our stay in Florence. The apartment is located 30 minutes from the city center but is easily reachable. It's nice to be in a more secluded area of Tuscany. The owner was very helpful and the accommodation is very well equipped.

For me the proximity to the hospital was very useful, in just a few minutes by car I was at the pavilion. The lovely lady left us everything we needed for breakfast, luckily because we hadn't been able to do any shopping!

Mrs. Gloria is very kind and helpful, the apartment is well-kept and equipped with all the details. The structure is in a great location for those who need to stay for logistical needs near the Careggi hospital or the Meyer Hospital. Unfortunately, the location on the street is terrible and the noise of the cars is continuous, making it impossible to sleep. Also, as soon as you leave the door, you find yourself in the middle of the road with difficulty even crossing on foot. From the adjacent apartment, all the noises are heard, even just talking.

Everything was perfect, the quality/price ratio was very good. The location was secluded but close to the Tram T1 Leonardo terminus to reach the center of Florence, with paid parking at a cost of € 0.50/hour. The only downside was the air conditioning that wasn't working, but being out all day didn't affect livability much.

For those who unfortunately have to use the "Services" of Meyer, you couldn't ask for more: on foot in 5 minutes. Cleanliness and taste in the furnishings make you feel at home. Clean, well-maintained structure, equipped with everything needed for the stay. Spacious and comfortable bathroom, there is even a small dishwasher in the kitchenette. P. S.: the rating on the location is naturally subjective, for work reasons I needed a structure close to Careggi Hospital, if you want to go downtown the situation is different.

Gloria is a kind and friendly host. The apartment is clean and close to Careggi and the tram to Florence. When I looked around I checked the reviews and in the end they were spot on. If you are on foot you will reach Careggi or Meyer in 10 minutes and the Careggi tram in 15-20 minutes. The apartment is clean and, even though it's just a small studio flat, it's super equipped. Mrs. Gloria also provides the necessary for breakfast for a few days which doesn't usually happen. Moreover, there is free parking nearby; I would say there is nothing else to add but only to try. Believe me, I am quite strict but there is a great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Florence or needs a support for Meyer or Careggi. In the meantime, I thank Gloria for her hospitality and kindness. Regards Giada.

Well-connected structure. Excellent cleanliness. On-site parking. Electric scooters and bikes available about 5 minutes walk away. Tram stop about 10 minutes walk away. What can I say, an excellent facility. Quality price 10+.

I recommend this accommodation for its excellent functionality, cleanliness, and geographical location. Quiet and 1 km walk from the tram terminus, it is ideal for a long weekend visit to Florence.

I found this property on the internet as we needed it as a base for my son's hospitalization at Meyer. The house is very nice and spotlessly clean. There is also a new washer dryer as well as equipped with every comfort with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Thanks again Mrs. Gloria for her humanity and extreme kindness. We will not forget it. A big hug from all of us but especially from Lorenzo.

The accommodation, located about 15/20 minutes by car from the center of Florence, has everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen, brand new, is equipped with practically everything, from dishes to essential goods (milk, oil, water, etc...). There is also a washer/dryer complete with detergents, hairdryer, and iron. The bedroom and the bathroom are equally new and clean, furnished in a modern, essential yet complete way. The owner, extremely helpful both on arrival and during the stay, kindly gave us the opportunity to park in a private parking lot made available only for us. Near the apartment, you can find the bus stop for two bus lines that go directly to the center. Considering the location, we recommend the accommodation especially to those who have the possibility to move around by car.

The house is wonderful, super clean and Mrs. Gloria is exceptional, she welcomes you and makes you feel at home, she even gave us a welcome gift! She provided everything we needed for breakfast and was really kind! Convenient to public transportation, we parked at the hospital's parking lots and there was a tram stop right in front. Highly recommended structure, we will definitely come back, thank you Gloria!
