The property is located in the town center in a beautiful period building. The accommodation is on two levels with a very steep staircase, so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The bathroom is very spacious, the only drawback is the old-style bidet.

A very nice place both for its location and for how it is organized. Excellent and abundant breakfast with fresh fruit, sweet and savory foods, and a coffee machine. One note (for us it wasn't a problem, on the contrary, but for someone it could be): the room is on two levels with a steep internal wooden staircase.

Quel gancio era li da un anno circa e non aveva mai dato segni di cedimento, così come la serratura della porta della vostra camera che è una serratura del 1800 originale come la porta stessa. Per questo non è stata cambiate e funziona perfettamente.
Gentile ospite. Siete riusciti a smurare un gancio per gli asciugamani. Quel gancio era li da un anno circa e non aveva mai dato segni di cedimento, così come la serratura della porta della vostra camera che è una serratura del 1800 originale come la porta stessa. Per questo non è stata cambiate e funziona perfettamente.

A very fascinating historical structure, you travel in time. Wonderful view of the Val di Chiana. Well air-conditioned. Excellent bedroom, the breakfast room (green room) is a bit small. We will definitely return. Ps.: I would recommend mosquito nets for additional energy savings.

Interesting location within a historic building in the town center. Not very convenient for transporting luggage as the structure is in a pedestrian zone and the parking is outside the center, although not too far away but with stairs present. It was easy to retrieve the keys and locate the room thanks to the perfect instructions from the host. Breakfast was already present at our arrival on the set table and was available the following morning through the use of a coffee machine and kettle for tea/milk.

We were left unsatisfied with many perplexities. The furniture had several deficiencies: coat rack behind the door usable only halfway, lack of towel racks, lack of bidet towels, no shelf or bedside table, no shelf in the bathroom, rather poor lighting, no coat rack in the wardrobe.

Gentile Giovanni. Esistono le fotografie delle camere e l'arredamento è stato studiato proprio per rispecchiare lo stile della camera e del palazzo storico. Basta guardare per capire che il problema non è nella funzionalità ma semplicemente del guardarsi attorno. Gli asciugamani bidet erano presenti e disposti sotto il lavello, ci sono 4 mensole in bagno e il comodino è integrato nella testata del letto ricavata in una vecchia scrivania.

The room is located in a beautiful ancient palace, in a small quiet and very beautiful village. It is well furnished and there are many books available for guests. What we liked least was both the noise every time the W.C. or the shower was used, the lack of the possibility to hang the towels (except for two hooks on the shower glass next to the sink) and the absence of towels for the bidet. The breakfast, apart from the tart, was not very good.

Il rumore sentito è analogo a quello della vibrazione di un telefono e si sente soltanto nel momento dell'utilizzo dell'acqua. Non di certo un rumore assordante e in questi anni nessuno si era lamentato di questo. In bagno avete ganci, appoggi e mensole per poter riporre gli asciugamani e nei cassetti erano presenti altri asciugamani (compresi quelli del bidet). La colazione fornita è composta da crostata, panini al latte biscotti, fette biscottate, biscotti ripieni di confettura crackers, formaggi, succhi, marmellate, frutta latte/caffè/the e forse dimentico qualcosa. Non so davvero cosa potesse mancare. sarebbe bastato un semplice messaggio per chiarire tutto invece di fare il leone da tastiera e riportare cose non vere e lamentarsi.

Beautiful accommodation in Val di Chiana. Historic building overlooking the area, just a few kilometers from the highway. The host is very helpful and clear in the logistical instructions to find the place. The apartment assigned to us is tastefully furnished, respecting tradition (the staircase is from the 1800s). Comfort and cleanliness are guaranteed. From the window, a wide landscape presents itself to our eyes. The tranquility of the place is a peculiar characteristic, rest is guaranteed. The breakfast is abundant with coffee machine, kettle, fruit, and pastries. The quality-price ratio is optimal (end of September period).

Everything is perfect! The room is beautiful, with a spectacular view! The owner, Mrs. Maria Grazia, is very helpful and attentive to ensure we lack nothing. We tasted a delicious orange tart made by her! Highly recommended structure! We will definitely return.
