Description
N4U Guesthouse, is a Charming Bed and Breakfast located in Historical Center of Florence in a XIV Century Palace, between Dome and Uffizi Gallery. All the Rooms have external views by the Historical Center by Via del Proconsolo.

WiFi FREE OF CHARGE, Coffee and Tea Set Facility FREE OF CHARGE, Minibar.

All Rooms, have Air Conditioning, Private Baths, equipped with “Rain Effect System” Showers, Warmer Towels and Hairdryer.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Other notes

For cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival: no penalty. For cancellation made on the 7th day and less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the penalty is the entire amount of the reservation. The credit card is only to guarantee and the payment will be made during your stay. In any case, we could always request a prior authorization for the 'full amount of the booking starting from 30 days prior the check-in.

Gracious responsive hosts. Wonderful city center location close to all sights and tours. Absolutely beautiful spacious room (named the New York room) for our family of 3 adults. Conveniently allowed us to store our luggage after 10am checkout so we could explore Florence the rest of the day. Truly breathtaking city and we hope to return some day.

Une adresse exceptionnelle dans un bâtiment historique, idéalement situé pour visiter les incontournables de Florence. Les 77 marches pour y accéder sont vite oubliées quand on découvre le charme fou d'une chambre triple au mobilier et décor typiquement florentins. L'amabilité exceptionnelle du propriétaire, disponible pour satisfaire vos demandes, est à souligner! Excellents restaurants à proximité.

Stupendo soggiorno in questa Guest House. Ottima posizione, splendida stanza, ottima colazione e super gentilezza dei proprietari. Davvero consigliata se si vuole trascorrere un weekend lungo (o anche di più) nella bellissima Firenze. Speriamo di ritornarci!

La struttura si trova all'interno di un palazzo storico di Firenze, posto al centro, la camera da letto è stupenda, con il soffitto affrescato. La colazione a buffet è molto ricca. Il gesto, il signor Raffaele è molto professionale e attento alle necessità degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo.

Perfetta location per un soggiorno breve. Il terzo piano, senza ascensore, ti concede di apprezzare una storica struttura nel cuore (a metà tra piazza della Signoria e il Duomo) di questa meravigliosa città. La scelta della stanza New York, con un bellissimo affresco antico, ha reso la ns permanenza più affascinante.

Struttura situata al centro di Firenze e vicinissima a tutti i monumenti e non solo della città, personale gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e cordialissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite che è qualcosa di spettacolare, ma da quanto potuto vedere anche le altre camere non sono da meno. Raffaele è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile sia nel consigliare cose e come svolgere il periodo del soggiorno. Per tanto vogliamo ringraziarvi per l'ospitalità e per la disponibilità che ci avete concesso. Torneremo sicuramente.

Personale molto cordiale, che si atteneva scupolosamente a tutte le misure anti Covid. Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro. Siamo stati presso N4U quattro notti, nella bellissima camera Parigi: arredamento curato, soffitto affrescato, bagno impeccabile. Colazione buona, varia e abbondante, ma solo dolce. Per chi ha problemi a fare scale, da notare che non c'è ascensore e la struttura si trova al secondo piano.
