Gracious responsive hosts. Wonderful city center location close to all sights and tours. Absolutely beautiful spacious room (named the New York room) for our family of 3 adults. Conveniently allowed us to store our luggage after 10am checkout so we could explore Florence the rest of the day. Truly breathtaking city and we hope to return some day.

The property is located inside a historic building in Florence, right in the center. The bedroom is wonderful, with a frescoed ceiling. The buffet breakfast is very rich. The manager, Mr. Raffaele, is very professional and attentive to the guests' needs. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for a short stay. The third floor, without an elevator, allows you to appreciate a historic structure in the heart (halfway between Piazza della Signoria and the Duomo) of this wonderful city. The choice of the New York room, with a beautiful ancient fresco, made our stay more fascinating.

Located in the center of Florence and very close to all the monuments and not only of the city, very kind, very helpful and very friendly staff. We stayed in the Suite which is something spectacular, but from what we could see even the other rooms are no less. Raffaele is a very kind person and very helpful both in recommending things and in how to spend the stay period. Therefore we want to thank you for the hospitality and the availability you have granted us. We will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff, who scrupulously adhered to all anti Covid measures. Fantastic location, right in the center. We stayed at N4U Guest House for four nights, in the beautiful Paris room: well-kept furnishings, frescoed ceiling, impeccable bathroom. Good, varied and abundant breakfast, but only sweet. For those who have trouble with stairs, note that there is no elevator and the property is on the second floor.

An exceptional address in a historic building, ideally located to visit the must-sees of Florence. The 77 steps to get there are quickly forgotten when you discover the crazy charm of a triple room with typically Florentine furniture and decor. The exceptional kindness of the owner, available to meet your requests, is noteworthy! Excellent restaurants nearby.
