Description
The rooms at Hotel Marystella in Chianciano Terme are simple and functional. All rooms have a private bathroom, and some come with air conditioning. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower box (except for the single ECON rooms with a floor drain shower) and come with a complimentary kit of soap, shower gel, and a shower cap. We value simplicity and authenticity over extravagance and artificiality in all aspects of our lives and work.

Hotel Marystella in Chianciano Terme provides a hearty breakfast featuring homemade cakes, freshly baked croissants, krapfen, and other specialties. There are also yogurt, bread, pastries, cereals, crackers, biscuits, juices, and fresh fruit. For those who prefer savory options, there are ham and cheese available. In addition to classic espresso, you can request barley coffee, American coffee, herbal teas, and of course, our fantastic cappuccinos.

Hotel in posizione centrale, lievemente in collina. Buona possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze (non ha posti auto privati). La stanza pulita: la nostra al 4° piano aveva una bella terrazza sulla vallata, aria condizionata e tv lcd. Un tocco di vintage: l'apparecchio (funzionante) della filodiffusione! I letti abbastanza comodi. Bagno ampio con doccia. Colazione "italiana" abbondante. Dolci artigianali, cornetti freschi, spremute e bevande calde preparate al momento. Possibilità di cena a menù fisso, su prenotazione. Il soggiorno è stato decisamente piacevole. I proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Struttura un po’ datata ma tutto sommato accogliente. Gestita molto bene, hanno cura degli ospiti e sono pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità gli si venga presentata. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. La pulizia impeccabile. È posizionato nella parte alta della città e i parcheggi in strada sono quasi sempre disponibili. Consigliata.

Per il soggiorno in Val d'Orcia cercavamo una sistemazione solo per dormire senza particolari caratteristiche. Abbiamo preso una camera Economy. Piccola ma non angusta, semplice ma completa del necessario, bagno funzionale e salubre, stanza ben pulita, più che decorosa. Confortevole al riposo notturno. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Personale gentile e accogliente. Per il prezzo richiesto, semplicemente ottimo livello complessivo. Grazie.

Non c'è vista panoramica come scritto sul sito, il pavimento della stanza da letto abbastanza sporco per non parlare della polvere sulle finestre, copri water scheggiato. Consiglio altrove.

Buongiorno, non so dove abbia letto della vista panoramica. Di certo non sono parole nostre infatti nel nostro sito non è scritto come non lo abbiamo scritto nei vari portali di vendita online. Per la pulizia sono profondamente dispiaciuto e mi scuso. Ovviamente chi pensa alle pulizie è già stato avvisato e noi titolari intensificheremo i controlli per prevenire simili problematiche. Non ci piace prendere in giro le persone e se ci avesse avvisato del problema (o della necessità di camera con vista) avremmo provveduto a cambiarLe camera senza alcun problema. Cordiali saluti

Ottimo personale, gentilissimo e disponibile. Camere semplici ma funzionali. L'albergo, pur essendo vicino al centro è posto in zona tranquilla e con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze senza alcun problema.

In genere rapporto qualità prezzo, buono. La camera non ha il termostato per il riscaldamento, viene controllato dall'hotel. La posizione anche se a 400 MT da Piazza Italia rimane in alto, a piedi il rientro in hotel è un po' faticoso per i meno giovani.

Il proprietario ha rispettato l'orario in cui mi sarei presentato (h 17). La stanza (standard) l'ho trovata pulita e con mia sorpresa calda (termosifoni accessi anche alla mattina). Erano presenti tutti i confort (TV, frigo bar, telefono). Inoltre aveva anche il balcone. Colazione ottima.

Camere con arredamento vecchio e diverse cose non funzionanti. Noi abbiamo trovato la presa elettrica del frigobar non funzionante, la tapparella non completamente funzionante, quindi non era possibile oscurare la camera. Per il resto la pulizia della camera era buona, ma non quella di alcune zone comuni. Le scale erano coperte da un tappeto rosso sporco. La colazione è servita in maniera molto accurata secondo le norme covid ed è di buona qualità.

Buongiorno e grazie per la sua recensione. Il problema al frigo era facilmente risolvibile se ce lo avesse comunicato. Il tappeto rosso lo passiamo con aspirapolvere ogni due giorni ma in effetti ieri quando sono salito a pulirlo ho notato che era veramente in brutte condizioni. Ambiente ottimo, personale ospitale e gentile, cibo buono, la colazione potrebbe avere più scelta ma nella norma buona. Per il resto è stata un ottima permanenza.

Qualità e prezzo nella norma, gestione e personale molto gentile. Si potrebbe migliorare nelle colazioni secondo me, magari aggiungendo uova e prosciutto di qualità... Comunque lo consiglio a tutti e sicuramente prima o poi ci ritorno
