The rooms at Hotel Marystella in Chianciano Terme are simple and functional. All rooms have a private bathroom, and some come with air conditioning. Welcoming hotel, clean, rooms and bathroom of comfortable sizes, very kind and helpful staff. Problems with the TV channels, reception not good, but it is a negligible issue. The location may not be the best but is compensated by the tranquility during the night hours. The hotel does not have parking but with a bit of luck you can find a spot nearby. Breakfast is average with a choice of sweet and savory items.

Hotel centrally located, slightly uphill. Good parking possibilities nearby (no private parking spaces). The room is clean: ours on the 4th floor had a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley, air conditioning, and LCD TV. A touch of vintage: the (working) sound system! Beds quite comfortable. Spacious bathroom with shower. 'Italian' breakfast abundant. Artisanal sweets, fresh croissants, freshly squeezed juices, and hot drinks made on the spot. Possibility of fixed menu dinner, by reservation. The stay was definitely pleasant. The owners are kind and helpful people. We will definitely come back.

The structure is a bit dated but all in all welcoming. Managed very well, they take care of the guests and are ready to meet any need that may arise. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Impeccable cleanliness. It is located in the upper part of the city and street parking is almost always available. Recommended.

Small but not cramped, simple but complete with the necessary, functional and clean bathroom, well-cleaned room, more than decent. Comfortable for night rest. Abundant and tasty breakfast. There is no panoramic view as advertised on the website, the bedroom floor is quite dirty not to mention the dust on the windows, toilet seat cover chipped. I recommend elsewhere.

Per la pulizia sono profondamente dispiaciuto e mi scuso. Ovviamente chi pensa alle pulizie è già stato avvisato e noi titolari intensificheremo i controlli per prevenire simili problematiche. Non ci piace prendere in giro le persone e se ci avesse avvisato del problema (o della necessità di camera con vista) avremmo provveduto a cambiarLe camera senza alcun problema. Cordiali saluti

In general, the value for money is good. The room does not have a thermostat for heating, which is controlled by the hotel. The location, even though it's 400 meters from Piazza Italia, is uphill; the walk back to the hotel can be a bit tiring for the less young.
