The property is strategically located close to all points of tourist interest and not just 15 km from Sangimignano, 10 km from Monteriggioni, 20 km from Siena, and then from the Policlinico "The Sheets", 15 km from Castellina in Chianti, 40 km from Florence, 45 km from Volterra, 80 km from the sea, 90 km from Pisa.

The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom, breakfast is included in the price. The addition of a bed leads to an increase of € 20 and children under 2 years are free.

Podere Mancino is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Enchanting location, with a unique view over the hills of the Chianti. Large, clean and comfortable rooms, a varied and abundant breakfast buffet, with typical Tuscan offerings different every day. A place that gives serenity and tranquility to those who stay there, also thanks to the owner Gianni. Beyond the property and the scenery, he is what really makes the difference. A sociable and friendly person, always present but never intrusive, a true mine of logistical and historical information. Gianni pampers his guests with his words, with his music and with his cordiality and helpfulness... and he "LITERALLY" solves all your problems! Thank you Gianni!

This is my second time staying here. I was there 8 years ago. The peace and tranquility and surroundings are still as beautiful as ever. The owner is such a caring and considerate man and we followed all of his guidance on days trips we took for the 7 days we were there and the maps he provided made our holiday exceptional. Having the knowledge from someone local is great. I would once again highly recommend staying at Mancino.

This place is a dream, paradise! Renovated and comfortable farmhouse in the countryside, with an extraordinary view and a peaceful atmosphere, nice and clean room, good breakfast, every detail is done with love and a wish to please the guests. The very kind and friendly host Gianni beautifully plays the piano in the evenings and mornings, and we have seen several times in the morning a doe with a fawn. The prices are very reasonable and the place is in the geographical center of Tuscany, at an easy distance from any place to visit. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Podere Mancino to visit Siena and its surroundings as a family. The location is spectacular for the panorama, but not far from the main attractions of Siena. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The manager, Mr. Gianni, is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and plentiful. We had a great time.

Excellent structure with a breathtaking view of the Sienese hills. Absolute peace and tranquility, spacious and bright rooms, accurate cleaning. The owner, Mr. Gianni, is an excellent host, available for any request and well informed about every place to visit with great advice. If you are looking for an oasis of tranquility and beauty, you are in the right place. The property, with very large and clean rooms, is located in the hills of Poggibonsi, with a breathtaking view. From there it is easy to reach many interesting places in a short time (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, but also the Val d'Orcia and even Florence itself). Both the breakfast and dinners are excellent, prepared with great care by Gianni, who is not only the owner of the B&B, but also a person of availability, sympathy, and courtesy that made us feel at home. We will be back.

Just finished my stay with my partner, what can I say: fantastic place, clean rooms with a very nice design, nothing to envy a 5-star hotel, let's talk about breakfast, wow, everything very good and well taken care of in every detail. Then the manager, Mr. Gianni, a spectacular person, kind, friendly and above all attentive to satisfying every request of his customers. In conclusion, it's a place where you feel at home, where you can relax and find all the tranquility. Very well connected to the best points of interest. The only flaw is that I would have liked to stay more days.

Truly welcoming structure located in a panoramic position. The owner, Mr. Gianni, has shown from the very first moment to be very helpful and attentive to all needs, providing us with his advice to optimize our stay and delighting us with piano performances. Particularly useful are the maps he created himself to help us with car travel and to highlight all the beauties that the area offers. The position of the structure is also truly strategic to be able to easily visit the entire Sienese territory. Breakfast of good quality and plentiful. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. Another thank you to Gianni for his professionalism and we will definitely have the opportunity to return to this splendid structure that we recommend.

Booked one night with a surcharge of 10€ (just because it was only one night): total 55€ (with a baby cot of a few months at our expense). We carry luggage and cot (numerous: those with small children know) up two flights of stairs: help is not expected but would have been appreciated. As if that weren't enough, the beautiful garden is infested with mosquitoes and at night the exterior of the property is completely dark (and the car - rooms route includes several stairs and a bit of garden). The rest is average without excelling but without being bad either: obviously, after the bad presentation, everything else tasted different and worse!

We were very satisfied with the property, and with the courtesy and availability of the manager who gave us excellent advice on places to visit and remained always available for any information or request. Very abundant and high-quality breakfast. Absolutely recommendable!
