Lucca CHARM is the exclusive, romantic and welcoming Affittacamere - B&B in the heart of the historic center of Lucca.

Matteo will be pleased to welcome you and welcome you to the 1st Floor of a prestigious building from 1200 where Lucca CHARM makes its location its strength, being positioned between the very central Piazza Napoleone, Piazza S. Michele and Via Fillungo.

It is so easy to visit the city with all its artistic and cultural heritage, the Museums (The birthplace of Maestro G. Puccini, Villa Guinigi, Palazzo Pfanner, Palazzo Mansi, Lu. cca) and take a relaxing walk along the perimeter of the splendid and historic medieval walls, observe Lucca from the top of the Guinigi Tower or enter the magical Piazza Anfiteatro.

The proximity (approx. 300 m) with the city's clinics, M. D. Barbantini and S. Zita, makes Lucca Charm particularly suitable for stays for future patients (pre / post admission) and for family members who assist them.

Located along the Via Francigena, Lucca CHARM is also ideal for the rest of pilgrims who reach Rome.

The 4 rooms are comfortable and equipped with essential amenities such as: en-suite bathroom (or in front of the same but private), free wifi, air conditioning.

It is possible to visit Lucca also in conjunction with the countless international level events taking place in our city, such as: Lucca Comics and Games (1st Week End of November), Lucca Summer Festival (every year in July), the Lucca Film Festival Europa Cinema (April) in addition to the major performances of the operas by Maestro Giacomo Puccini.

The best place to stay in Lucca! You are right in the heart of the city centre, easy to walk to the train station and shops are literally outside your front door. The room was clean and well serviced. I felt very safe as a solo traveller. The host was lovely and helped me many times. I couldn't recommend Lucca's charm highly enough.

Just 15 minutes walk from the station. The new owner is very kind, helpful and flexible. The rooms are clean and the location is in the middle of the center. It brings joy to your room. 😀 Breakfast is around the corner. The croissant with pistachio is awesome to try.

Property rating: It was a lovely and comfortable room/bathroom and the AC worked well. But the refrigerator didn't function and the shower water temperature fluctuated a lot. Cleaning: The sheets seemed a little dirty, but the bathroom was cleaned well and the bed was arranged daily. I liked that there wasn't much that went to waste (like cleaning already clean towels). Location: In the center of the city, couldn't be better! Host: Matteo was so friendly and welcoming and was a pleasure to talk to. Quality/Price: The price is great! I think the quality score is just affected by the defects like the refrigerator and water temperature. Breakfast: I liked how close it was to the room and the quality of the food, but the options were very limited and they didn't have oranges for orange juice one day. Still, a great bakery and location.

Nothing to say about the kindness of the staff and the location of the property, which are excellent. However, there is much to criticize about the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room, with a clogged shower and obvious signs of previous occupants.

I had a wonderful stay at Lucca Charm. You have to look closely to find the place, but the location is perfect to experience Lucca town. I was very well met at arrival. Room was nice - my room had a separate bath, but it was only for this room and it was very spacious and clean. The breakfast is given at a nearby bakery, and that was also fine, but be aware that it's just an Italian breakfast. It's a bit early check out, and they came to my door 10 min. before to check that I was ready to leave, and I didn't like that - not a big issue, but that was not polite in my opinion. Anyway - I would stay here again, and recommend the place for a stay in the beautiful town of Lucca.

Nice B&B in the center of Lucca. Nice host. The shower and toilet of your room are located in the hallway. Each room has its own toilet and shower, which can be locked. Nice typical Tuscan room. Price/quality top!

The property is in the city center, so the location is excellent! Alfredo, the owner, was very kind and helpful (for example, allowing us to leave our backpacks after check-out), the room was very cute and clean! We definitely recommend it!

The host Leonardo was very helpful and friendly. He showed us where to park our car and how to get into and out of the ZTL zone. The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day by a clean lady. The beds are ok. There is even a small fridge in the room. There are 4 rooms available, 2 rooms with bathroom inside the room and 2 rooms with a bathroom on the other side of the hallway. The breakfast is around the corner in a pasticceria. But you can only order 1 sweet part (dolce) and a café or tea. If you order something like a sandwich this is not included and you have to pay for it. The entrance of the bnb is located next to the pharmacia and you have to get up on 2 stairs to get to the first floor to reach the front door of the bnb. We had a really good time and we would like to go here again for our next visit to Lucca. The host is only speaking Italian.

I was looking for a structure in the historic center and convenient for those like me traveling by train. Indeed, the location is fantastic, convenient, and right in the center. Mr. Alfredo has always been kind and helpful with all my requests. The room is clean and in line with the amount spent. Even on the day of departure, I was able to take a nice tour of Lucca, leaving my luggage at the structure and picking it up just before leaving. I will definitely return.

I have just been in this beautiful jewel in the historic center of Lucca. I had booked a double room, but I was given a beautiful quadruple room instead. Moreover, as soon as I arrived, the owners made sure to have the room cool by turning on the air conditioner before my arrival. Additionally, there is complimentary water in the fridge, which is a nice touch for these hot days of August. Furthermore, in the evening, I was able to watch a movie on Sky (always included in the room). We had a great time, and even our dog was welcomed without any issues. Unfortunately, we were just passing through Lucca and could only stay for one night. Thank you for everything, see you soon.

The B&B is one of the most beautiful and lovingly decorated places we have ever stayed. Alfredo is incredibly friendly and discreet. We were able to bring our bikes (racing bikes) into the room (even though the stairs to the 1st floor were very narrow) and the owners were very flexible. The breakfast at the café around the corner was very good and the location is simply unbeatable. The air conditioning saved us after our tour through Tuscany! We would come back anytime!

Very quaint, charming old building. A real novelty to stay there. Almost like stepping back in time. Room was comfortable and clean and reasonably modern with all of the usual amenities. The proprietor was quite helpful by allowing me to store my luggage after checking out. Did not have breakfast so could not rate it. Would stay there again.

Located in the heart of the historic center, practically a few steps from all the main monuments. Endrio, the owner, is a fantastic person, very friendly and helpful. For those who want to detox from the car, this is the right place. When you arrive, you park the car and don't touch it anymore. Everything you need is within a few steps of you. Excellent value for money. Thank you for everything and if we return to Lucca we will definitely return to B&B Lucca Charm!

We stayed only one night, this was enough to understand that in this b&b you feel good and I recommend it to everyone without a doubt! Thank you for the excellent welcome. I hope to come back soon to Lucca and to this b&b.
