Friendly and helpful owner. Nice property, in a quiet area of Scandicci, a 5-10 minute drive from the tram. The only drawback was an annoying whistling noise whenever the bathroom tap or the flush was used, both by us and by guests in other rooms, day and night.

Very quiet place surrounded by the greenery of the hills. In five minutes by car you reach a tram station and from there you can easily move to reach Florence and its places of artistic enchantment and much more.

Unfortunately, I did not like the accommodation. The room was not like in the photo. Very far away. The breakfast had nothing, not even a croissant, just cookies.

What can I say about this property? Without infamy or praise, it is very nice in a rustic style, with all the normal comforts. It has air conditioning, an electric gate with a remote control for entering and exiting with the car, a courtesy kit, and a small fridge in the room with a total capacity of three small water bottles. The manager was very kind, courteous, and helpful in welcoming us. He gave us great advice for both lunch and dinner. In short, the property is recommended for a night, as we did, without too many expectations.

Very nice structure with a small courtyard where you can relax in the sun or shade reading a good book. To reach Florence there is a fairly close bus stop, but a bit inconvenient due to the frequency of the passages. Instead, a 10-minute drive away is the free parking of Villa Costanza where you can take the tram, which in 20 minutes takes you to the city center, S. Maria Novella station, and from there you can walk around Florence.

It's a nice place towards the hills, in spring/summer it must be beautiful. You can see that the B&B is nestled in an ancient structure. Some details make you go back in time.
