L'Iris guesthouse offers three cozy rooms (Mare, Azzurra, and Sole) located a short distance from the charming Venice district, renowned for its canals and traditional restaurants, as well as for the ferry terminals heading to Corsica and Sardinia.

It can be easily accessed from the train station, either by public transport or on foot (just 2 km away). Nearby parking facilities are available.

We spent one night here in two double rooms (2 adults and two girls aged 12 and 16) because we had to take the ferry the next morning. The property is very clean and in an excellent location to enjoy a dinner in the area of bars near the fortress. Having secured paid parking was very useful to leave the car with the luggage and go to the room with only what was necessary for the night. The shared bathroom is very large and equipped with everything needed. The kitchen was useful for storing water and lunch for the following day. Highly recommended for those with the same needs as us. The value for money is very good. The host is caring and responsive in communication.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a stopover before boarding. The property is well maintained and welcoming, conveniently located with private parking available, but what makes the difference is Armando, the owner, who is always present, helpful and attentive to every need. Genuine hospitality.

Very nice B&B (which means Bed and Breakfast). Clean, quiet environment. It's a pity that breakfast was not provided despite being a Bed and Breakfast. However, it has a well-equipped kitchen with tea and coffee. It is about a 25-minute walk from the train station and very close to the city center (5 minutes). Recommended!
