Description

Typical building located right in the centre of Cortona, within walking distance from the main square and Corso. It is inside divided into four charming and cosy apartments beautifully refurbished mixing architectonic features with contemporary furnishing and elements coming from the crafts world (old carpenter tools reused in unusual way). The parking, just outside the Etruscan Walls, is a few minute walk away. Being in the centre of Cortona, it has all the advantages of walk-to restaurants, bars, the theatre, the museums.

The four apartments, located in this typical three-storey building dating back to Cortona’s Middle Ages, are fully furnished and provided with fitted kitchen, bathroom, tv and free internet and hair dryer. Additional gadgets are available on request according to the description of the house. The area is really very quiet. Our guests will be able to enjoy the utmost quiet and the amazing foreshortened views of this ancient Etruscan town.

I spent a night with my family. Ideal location within the historic center and close to the public parking located just outside the walls. I highly recommend it, excellent quality/price ratio.

Excellent location, 100 meters from the center. Clean environment, spacious and quiet rooms, equipped with a fan. Comfortable and well-equipped bathroom. Very small and essential kitchen. Stairs to reach the rooms are very steep. The owner indicated the free parking nearby and when it was possible to arrive by car right outside the house, being in a ZTL area.

We stayed in the Civetta Innamorata with two little girls: simply dreamy. The house and the furnishings are tastefully curated down to the smallest details and the service provided is excellent: nothing is missing! The house is quiet, warm, clean, welcoming, and truly charming. There is even a small barbecue. Furthermore, the manager is very welcoming and helpful: he allowed us to stay until 6 PM the next day. In short: highly recommended. However, be careful: the house is full of very steep stairs (like the whole village, after all).
