The structure is immersed in the countryside town of Montepulciano is easily accessible along about 1, 5 km, where you will find all kinds of shops and parking lots and then be able to explore on foot or by public transport the city center (ZTL). The Angolino of Martiena is divided as follows:
- Living room with double sofa bed
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Double bedroom with possibility of extra bed
- Pre-bathroom and bathroom
E 'available parking, barbecue, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and a chance to bring pets.
All rooms have windows, the entrance is independent from external staircase, with the possibility of outside space for a dinner in the moonlight.
Prices are approximate and will be adjusted to the number of people present.

Martiena's Corner is part of a small group of three houses in the countryside that were divided in ancient times as follows:
- the main villa
- the farmhouse, home of the farm manager
- the barn, home of the farmer.
It is precisely the barn that my husband's grandfather, Mauro, bought about sixty years ago to live there with his family. The first floor was the living space, while the ground floor was used as a cellar, a stable, and a storage room for tools.

Appartamento appena fuori Montepulciano, perfetto per una notte all'insegna del relax e del contatto con la natura. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare cena e colazione all'aperto. Antonella gentilissima e attenta ai dettagli. Veramente piacevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una breve vacanza in Val D'Orcia, ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento si è rivelato molto accogliente e caratteristico, fornito di tutto il necessario e anche molto pulito, i gestori Mauro e Antonella disponibili e molto attenti a non far mancare nulla, lo consigliamo e soprattutto ci ritorneremo volentieri nel nostro prossimo soggiorno a Montepulciano.

Che dire tutto meravigliosamente perfetto. La proprietaria (Antonella) è una signora molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, carino e pulito, immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. La colazione è più che abbondante, e la scelta ampia. Lo consiglio fortemente per chi, come me, è amante dei luoghi un po' separati dai centri. Colgo l'occasione di ringraziare Antonella per averci fatto passare due giorni bellissimi.

Struttura accogliente e pulitissima a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Montepulciano.
Antonella e Mario sono degli ospiti squisiti, attenti a soddisfare tutte le esigenze dei clienti.
Ci hanno lasciato una grande quantità e varietà di cose per la colazione (cucina attrezzatissima).
Da loro ci si sente come a casa di amici.
Speriamo di tornare presto.

Siamo stati a Montepulciano per i mercatini di Natale.
Abbiamo avuto sfortuna con il meteo avverso ma abbiamo trovato una casa accogliente, comoda, pulita a 5 minuti dal paese.
L'accoglienza è stata top con la signora Antonella che è una padrona di casa gentile e molto disponibile, il casolare si trova appena fuori Montepulciano ed è un classico casolare di campagna collegato bene con il paese ed è ideale per chi vuole visitare anche le zone limitrofe tipo Siena.
Sicuramente torneremo perché siamo stati benissimo!

A 2 minuti dal centro di Montepulciano un posto stupendo immerso nella campagna Toscana incontaminata dove puoi incontrare cerbiatti e altre specie animali mentre passeggi tra ulivi, viti e "cosce di monaca" le tipiche susine dolcissime che crescono in quelle zone.
L'appartamento è pulito e ben tenuto, fornito di tutto quanto necessario per il soggiorno.
La proprietaria Antonella disponibile e gentile, pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e ad accogliere ben volentieri i 2 cani al seguito.
Consigliatissimo a tutti coloro che sono alla ricerca della serenità e di quella semplicità contadina basata ancora sulla genuinità dei "bei rapporti umani".

Mi sono trovata molto bene, Antonella una persona squisita, molto disponibile e gentile. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro di Montepulciano, ma molto comoda e tranquilla. L'appartamento è comodo, pulito e funzionale.
Ottimo per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità.

Il posto è bellissimo, giusto fuori il meraviglioso Montepulciano, la zona è tranquillissima e silenziosa. Si dorme benissimo. La casa è spaziosa è comodissima, si riscalda in poco tempo e mantiene il calore per molto tempo.
L'accoglienza e il tratto sono stati piacevoli e fluidi. Antonella è super disponibile e attenta hai bisogni degli ospiti.
Noi siamo stati con il cane e la nostra piccola di 4 mesi, consigliamo a chiunque voglia passare dei giorni rilassanti in questa meravigliosa regione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con un bimbo di 4 anni e una bimba di 7 per fare le cure termali a Sant'Albino,
Siamo stati molto bene: la pulizia è eccellente, il posto è tranquillo, i proprietari sono persone squisite, educati, cordiali e ti fanno sentire come tu fossi a casa tua.
ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
dista solo 10 minuti circa con la macchina dal centro termale di Sant'Albino.

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Montepulciano, è in un posto tranquillo e bellissimo. La proprietaria, Antonella è una ragazza dolcissima. Le stanze molto pulite, consiglio vivamente questo posto, soprattutto se dovete recarvi a Montepulciano, fatelo durante il Bravìo delle Botti, una sagra semplicemente spettacolare.

Peccato non ci sia l'15 per il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Appartamento molto carino, pulitissimo in ottima posizione rispetto al centro di Montepulciano, ma silenziosissimo. La gestione, discreta assolutamente non invadente, ma sollecita alle richieste. Veramente da consigliare.
