Description

The La Valle Degli Ulivi is just 5 km from the thermal baths of Saturnia. family-run hotel has 4 rooms and one apartment. It is located in open countryside between the 2 villages: 4 km from Semproniano and 5 km from Saturnia.

THE VALLEY OF OLIVES is the real Maremma farmhouse with a beautiful farm with more than 70 hectares of fodder for our flock, about 800 sheep with which we produce genuine cheese: THE RAW MILK CHEESE A.

The rooms are furnished in a rustic style Maremma, equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, mini- bar, hairdryer, TV and linen.

In the morning we offer our guests a hearty breakfast in the common room of the house, where you can eat all together in a nice convivial table. The buffet is rich products exclusively made ??by us in agriturismo: cakes, jams, honey, nooks, biscuits, cakes, ham, salami and cheese with our main dish: pure sheep's milk ricotta.

We have agreements with the thermal baths of Saturnia, you can purchase your tickets from us having the right to a discount.

We work with a local trattoria where our customers can take advantage of the half-board service.

Our breakfast is the most beautiful moment of the day, buffet style breakfast Maremma, wants to bring the flavors and colors than once on the table, when we got up early to go into the barn and mid-morning we ate bread and cheese, salami or ham. So our guest can find the sweet and salty, all rigorously made ??by us: cakes, pies, jams, honey, typical of the area, traditional biscuits, sausage, assorted cheese plate and our "Prince" Our Ricotta di Pecora pure from our own dairy farm where we work or only milk from our sheep for a healthy and natural Raw milk Pecorino.

I stayed for one night and bought some dairy products made by them. Nice place and friendly managers. The products are very good, but they should warn that they use unpasteurized milk.

Grazie per la bella recensione, ma volevo precisare che i nostri pecorini sono a latte crudo ed è scritto dappertutto sia nel tavolo della colazione e sia nel banco del punto vendita...anche perché non abbiamo niente da nascondere ma al contrario per noi è un Grande Valore Aggiuntivo essendo anche Presidio Slow food per il Pecorino a latte crudo di Maremma.

We stayed for only one night but it was enough to realize we were in a special place. The apartment was very clean and well-kept in the details; the welcoming and availability of the managers; the enchanting view and last but not least, the possibility to purchase their products and taste them at breakfast. Peace and tranquility characterize this property, from here you can leave by car or on foot to visit many beautiful places in less than half an hour. Truly special managers, attentive to every need, friendly and ready to advise, the products that can be found in this farmhouse are of infinite goodness. We loved our stay at La Valle degli Ulivi. It was only a five-minute drive to the Saturnia thermal springs.\n\nOur room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very abundant, featuring many items that Daria, our host, makes for her store in town. There is something very magical about the water there. After taking a shower and washing my hair, it felt like silk, with not a single tangle, and looked fuller and more luxurious than ever. I wish I could bottle it and take it home! Daria is so sweet, when she found out I was feeling a little sick in my stomach one night, she mixed up a little digestive for me to drink, and it did the trick. I would definitely return to this bed and breakfast!

We had a great time, nothing was missing. From the outside, the structure doesn't make a good impression, but this is overcome by the internal comfort elements: spacious room, flat-screen TV with good reception, Wi-Fi in the room, always hot abundant water, air conditioning and heating on in the evening, fridge in the room that if it doesn't work promptly the farmhouse's refrigerator is available; clothesline and what else do you want? Thanks to Mrs. Daria and her husband.

Agriturismo for those who love tranquility and peace, immersed in the countryside surrounded by nature but close to Saturnia. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent, entirely prepared by Daria, the host. Freshly milked milk from the cows in their stable, yogurt, ricotta and sheep cheeses produced by their dairy with the milk of their sheep are served. Delicious cakes and jams made by her to spread on fresh bread, also prepared by her, await you in a cozy kitchen. And what about Mattia, the 5-year-old son, who acts as a tour guide and accompanies you explaining all the phases of milking, milk processing, and olive processing? Recommended.
