The B&B La Spiga d'Oro is located just a 5-minute walk from the historic center, in a very quiet area.

The recently renovated B&B offers a double bedroom, also available for single use, with its own bathroom. Possibility of an extra bed with a supplement of €10.

The rate refers to the room per night and includes breakfast.

Starting from January 1st, 2018, a tourist tax of €1. 50 per person per night has been implemented, to be paid for a maximum of 4 nights.

Room with TV, table for breakfast and with a large bathroom located on the first floor of a building just outside the center, near the Baldaccio car park, very comfortable and convenient. Quiet and silent area, clean environment, friendly staff. The owner is truly kind and attentive to the needs of the customers and punctual in bringing the abundant breakfast. Recommended.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the center and 2 minutes from an affordable parking lot. The hostess is kind and knowledgeable about the treasures of Arezzo. Cleanliness and comfort of the room and the large windowed bathroom. Abundant breakfast.

The bed and breakfast is located in a very convenient position to reach the center of Arezzo on foot. It is located inside a condominium, but despite this, we found tranquility and silence at all hours. Spacious and very clean room, equipped with all the amenities (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, kettle for hot water). The friendly and smiling owners were very kind and helpful in indicating the nearest parking lot to leave the car, but also and above all in accommodating special requests for breakfast. What can I say: truly a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

B&B a few steps from the center (5 minutes walk) in a quiet location, without car traffic, so a quiet, clean room with TV and fridge, very large bathroom equipped with everything necessary including hairdryer. Abundant breakfast, the owners are part of that 'good people' that is difficult to find today.

Wonderful and very kind welcome, very clean room. The sheets smelled fresh, very clean bathroom. Very large room, as well as the large bathroom. Breakfast very abundant, more than what was requested. Quiet and peaceful environment. The only downside is the TV too small for the distance from the bed.

Clean and welcoming structure and the hostess, very friendly, provided us with useful information about the city and the surroundings; close to the center, in 10 minutes you reach the station and the historic streets of the city. Convenient parking is located a few minutes away.
