He has worked in several historic restaurants in Florence and in recent years has worked as a personal chef.
He is the creator and manager of the cultural dissemination project Vegan Team and collaborates with the editorial staff of the radio program Restiamo Animali.

I stayed here with great pleasure: the beds are very comfortable and the host is extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast, excellent and plentiful, was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming and, despite the lack of air conditioning, it remains cool even on the hottest days. Recommended!

Small but clean room, with everything necessary. The breakfast area is nice, very decorated. The structure is quite small, with an entrance, two rooms, and a kitchen. I perhaps just missed a bit more openness and light. Very welcoming host.

Ci preme sottolineare che il prezzo pagato è mediamente basso per gli standard e la media delle strutture ricettive a Firenze, specialmente considerando la qualità dei servizi offerti. Riguardo alla sua osservazione sulla luce, desideriamo precisare che la camera assegnata è dotata di una finestra molto ampia. Generalmente, manteniamo la tapparella abbassata prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti per evitare il surriscaldamento della stanza (avendo fatto la scelta ambientalista di non installare condizionatori), specialmente durante i mesi più caldi, ma è sempre possibile aprirla completamente per godere di tutta la luce naturale. Per quanto concerne le aree comuni, l'unico ambiente senza finestre è il corridoio, che è un'area di passaggio e non uno spazio vissuto. Lo manteniamo costantemente illuminato con una luce soffusa per garantire un'atmosfera gradevole e funzionale, salvo durante le ore notturne. In merito alla colazione, offriamo un servizio personalizzato e al tavolo con prodotti sempre freschi. Notiamo che in genere la nostra colazione riceve voti superiori all'8 e ci fa piacere pensare che sia stata di suo gradimento, anche perché abbiamo notato che ha chiesto di poter portare via i dolci avanzati da asporto. I stayed one night at Sosta de Savi for work. The stay was perfect in every way, easy communication with the managers, kindness, cleanliness and comfort of the room, excellent breakfast in the company of Gabriele. Just one note, only to let the managers know so they can check the toilet flush that struggles to drain. I am very happy to return to Sosta for my next stay in Florence!

The B&B is very, very welcoming, well-kept in detail and located in a strategic area of the city. Cleanliness and comfort are top-notch, but what left us speechless was the excellent vegan breakfast served directly by the chef. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend the establishment.

A hidden gem just outside the hustle and bustle of Florence! The BnB is located a short, direct bus ride from Santa Maria Novella train station and drops you very close by. We stayed in Room Giglio and appreciated the convenience of having an en suite bathroom. Gabriele and Luca are wonderful, gracious hosts who shared great tips and recommendations for local experiences. I cannot speak highly enough about the breakfast spread we had the pleasure of enjoying each morning - each bite was beyond expectation and did not disappoint. I loved swapping stories and recipes with Gabriele and will be sure to try recreating a few of the dishes in my own kitchen. I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation.

We were there, my partner and I, on March 26, which was also her birthday. We chose this place because it is 10 minutes walk from the Nelson Mandela Forum, where on that day there was the concert of Jovanotti. The place has just been renovated, everything is very well-kept and spotless. The hosts, both at check-in and at breakfast, were very kind and helpful.
