Silvia was a kind and generous host, always willing to share her local knowledge and gave us some great tips for day trips. The property was well located near the town gates so we were able to walk in every day. Clean and comfortable rooms with a great variety at breakfast. We loved having somewhere to park our hire cars that was outside the city center for less stress. Overall, the stay in Volterra was amazing.

Extreme comfort, less than 100 meters from Porta Fiorentina that gives access to the center in 2-3 minutes on foot; private parking (essential for the motorcycle), top reception and courtesy (Mrs. Silvia), spacious, comfortable, and well-cleaned room and bathroom; common area where breakfast is served comfortable and nicely furnished; outside a space with a small table and sofas where you can spend a few minutes in relaxation. Really favorable quality/price ratio.

Silvia was awesome. We were there for the Bocelli concert & she told us where to get the best information. She was well organized & had a map ready for us to explore beautiful Volterra! Breakfast was great, ricotta muffins & quiches just wonderful. Thank you Silvia you are a great hostess.

The structure is well maintained and welcoming, with a beautiful garden. The wardrobe in the room may need some minor maintenance, but it is all made of real wood. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet facilities are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The breakfast is of a good standard. As for the management, I have nothing to complain about: friendliness, availability, and sympathy. The only observation, but it is a truly venial 'sin', is that the room did not have a TV which could be useful in case of guest tiredness or to follow the news. However, the 'fault' is definitely mine because this detail escaped me during the booking, assuming that it was there. For the rest, I have nothing to object to. The structure is certainly recommendable to others for the quality/price ratio.

Sylvia is an amazing host, and this was the perfect place to stay during my recent conference in Volterra! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the included breakfast was homemade and plentiful each morning. The location was also perfect, just outside the city walls, so quiet at night but very convenient to the city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was not excessive but good, and the location of the property was very convenient to reach the historic center of Volterra in just a few minutes on foot. The property's parking lot is really convenient and spacious. Silvia, the owner, was also very kind and helpful.

The location is wonderful, close to the center of Volterra, the free parking is truly priceless. We found our stay very pleasant, it's unimaginable to have a cleaner room, the temperatures were bearable despite the intense heat (terracotta floor + 3 windows), even without air conditioning. The owner is kind and very helpful if you have any questions.

The structure and the room are very cozy and beautiful. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy, from the entrance, to the room and the garden, all wonderfully decorated with care. The La Primavera B&B is practically in the center of Volterra just outside the walls. Silvia, the owner, is a very helpful, kind, and friendly person. Highly recommended!

I can only confirm the other reviews, starting from the kindness of Silvia. The structure is perfectly clean, our room was beautiful and very spacious with a bathroom that was also spacious. The breakfast was good, with a choice between sweet and savory. We also greatly appreciated the location, just five minutes from the center and with the availability of free parking where we left the motorcycles. I recommend the structure without a doubt!

B&B molto bello (camere, sala-colazioni, giardino) comodissimo rispetto la città, 150 metri da una delle 6 porte antiche che permettono a piedi all'accesso nel centro storico. Direi che meglio di così, in rapporto al prezzo. La titolare, che ti riceve (negli orari normali di arrivo) e quindi si ha già da subito, informazioni e spiegazioni della struttura (lei abita nel complesso, che per noi è stata una bella comodità) Quindi lo CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Noi ci siamo stati dal 25/10 al 27/10 -2019. So che inizio novembre dovrebbe chiudere per lavori.

Camera veramente accogliente, curata anche nei dettagli, oltre che pulizia impeccabile! Zanzariera alle finestre, ottima soluzione visto che la Camera è immersa nel verde del delizioso giardino della struttura. Colazione abbondante e varia. La proprietaria, Silvia, gentilissima e davvero disponibile. Ritorneremo qui quando vorremo ritornare a Volterra!

Silvia was a great host. Her bed and breakfast is very clean and comfortable inside and out. In addition to the lovely and spacious room, there is a well maintained inner courtyard. The location is super - within steps of Volterra which is a charming little town with lots of history. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast served and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Location molto curata nei dettagli e pulita, definirei di charme. Ottimo gusto della proprietaria che è molto gentile e disponibile. Vicino al centro e con un piccolo giardino forse starebbe bene un altalena ma capisci che per lo più ci vanno coppie quindi forse sarebbe poco utilizzata. Ottima colazione e molto bello poter bersi un the in camera. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Fiorella.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo B&B che dire tutto ottimo! camera molto spaziosa e pulitissima posizione e due passi dal centro e colazione varia e molto buona Silvia la proprietaria è stata gentilissima in tutto e per tutto. Un posto incantevole. Silvia la proprietaria una persona squisita, la camera é veramente un gioiellino di pulizia e ordine e il bagno spaziosissimo. A due passi dal centro di Volterra ci tornerò sicuramente. Voto 10.

Perfect for our needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable and quiet. Silvia is a charming and accommodating host and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. It is one minute's walk from the city walls and so is perfectly positioned. I would use this b&b again.

This was my favorite of several places I stayed in Tuscany while on a cycling trip. It was much nicer accommodation and much better breakfast, but the same price (about 50 Euro) as the other bed and breakfasts. The house and my room were very comfortable and exceptionally well-kept. And the host, Silvia, was very friendly and accommodating. Just outside of the walled city, the location is convenient and quiet. I would highly recommend La Primavera.

Non ci sono parole per esprimere il piacere di aver soggiornato in questo gioiellino. All'accoglienza Silvia, che con estrema gentilezza, affabilità e professionalità ti apre le porte della sua casa calda ed accogliente. Arredamento curato nei dettagli dai colori sobri che ti richiamano al relax, specialmente quando varchi la soglia di una delle camere che ti viene assegnata. Per me è stata la "Margherita" sui toni bianchi e gialli impreziosita da un bellissimo camino in pietra serena. Stampe e composizioni di fiori essiccati alle pareti e colorate farfalle dipinte che rallegrano il bagno. Letto molto comodo e camera silenziosissima. Ma la chicca è la colazione servita in un servizio di porcellana dipinto a mano con ottime torte preparate in casa, yogurt, brioche, marmellate e quant'altro. Bel giardino attrezzato per momenti di relax. Piccolo capolavoro di gentile e raffinata ospitalità a pochi passi oltre la Porta Fiorentina.

Una piccola bomboniera: noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una stanza con l'ingresso privato, quindi senza necessità di passare all'ingresso principale. La stanza era ampia, tenuta in modo ottimale e con piccole accortezze che altrove non ho mai trovato, come le candele. La titolare è stata disponibilissima sia per le nostre richieste che nel fornire informazioni turistiche. Un ottimo posto, adatto a chi vuole godersi una vacanza in relax.

Tutto meraviglioso! Il gestore gentilissimo, la posizione fantastica, la struttura molto molto carina (una vera chicca), atmosfera magica. Peccato averci trascorso solo 2 giorni, ma sicuramente se torneremo a Volterra torneremo alla Primavera. È vero che manca la tv ma in un borgo così bello peccato sprecare il tempo in camera, ci sono così tante cose da scoprire.

La struttura è molto ben tenuta ed arredata con gusto, ottima la pulizia e piacevole la colazione. Silvia è molto cordiale e disponibile. B&B situato appena fuori dalle mura, molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Volterra, positiva anche la presenza di parcheggio interno. Unica pecca, volendo trovarne una, è la mancanza di TV e WIFI in camera, ma già si sapeva.
