We rent a fully equipped comfortable flat (80 square meters) on the first floor of a recently constructed building, consisting of:
- kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, a gas stove with four burners;
- dining room/living room with TV, sofa and armchair;
- two double rooms;
- a bathroom with shower and bath;
- a little balcony with a panoramic view over the hill;
- large private garage with the possibility of parking and an outside parking;
- independent heating;
- wi-fi;
- washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Towels, bedding, kitchen towels, kitchenware, hairdryer and bathroom products are included in the price.
The flat is perfect for families: is situated in a quiet residential area with a small public playground for children and, nearby, there are supermarkets, hospital, chemist’s shop, banks, post office, newsagents, bars, restaurants and public gardens.
We don’t accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

When we entered, we felt at home, welcoming, spacious, very clean, and well furnished: the REALITY of the apartment FAR EXCEEDS the simple, albeit extensive DESCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE. The kitchen is well organized and fully equipped with everything necessary. The mattresses are comfortable, the pillows soft. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Subbiano. Sara and Graziano were perfect hosts, ready to listen and available when needed.

I must say that we really enjoyed our stay. The area where the house is located is very peaceful, close to green areas and not too far from the town center. Furthermore, the homeowners were always kind and helpful.

Calling at the last minute, we certainly did not expect a fantastic availability like the one offered to us by Sara! She went out of her way to "fly" to Subbiano to leave us an extremely clean and super tidy house. The apartment, brand new and very well equipped, has been elected the best where my boyfriend and I stayed during our vacation in Tuscany. Ours was just a touch and go, but we are happy to have met such a helpful person like Sara who was available at any time and ready to provide us with all the necessary information. If you are looking for a place to sleep in this area.. Stop here!

We were 5 guests, including a 4-year-old child. Graziano welcomed us with the kindness and courtesy that distinguishes the Casentino. Spacious, clean house, equipped with everything. Excellent location to move from one place of interest to another. A few kilometers from Arezzo. We visited with guides, castles, water mills, oil mills, historic churches and ancient abbeys, as well as craft breweries and typical Tuscan trattorias. The apartment didn't make us feel like simple tourists, but gave us the feeling of being at home. Quiet and comfortable place, with a view of the Casentino hills. Large supermarket less than 300 meters away. Nothing is missing. Excellent value for money. We will come back.

We spent a weekend worth repeating in this well-equipped, orderly, perfectly clean, and comfortable B&B. Conveniently located to reach cultural locations such as Arezzo, Poppi, La Verna, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Lucignano, Cortona. We had breakfasts with an exquisite cake, excellent fuel to start the day. We thank the owners Graziano and Sara for the warm welcome. If you are in the Casentino area, do not hesitate to book, we highly recommend it.

The apartment is very familiar, cozy, and comfortable. Not far from the center and the train station (about a 10-minute walk) and a stone's throw from a supermarket. It is located in a quiet area where I spent a nice holiday dedicated to relaxation, enjoying the artistic and naturalistic beauties of the Casentino. Thanks to the practical maps and guides provided by the house, I was able to plan excursions in this area of Tuscany, certainly not crowded with mass tourism, thus appreciating even more the kindness, hospitality, and excellent genuine local cuisine typical of the area.
