Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. We're located between Livorno and Pisa, perfect for visiting both within 10-20 minutes! It's just a few kilometers from the center of Livorno and the city port, near the Stagno exit of the A12 motorway. Conad Ekom supermarkets, a post office, tobacconist, takeaway pizzeria, and fast food outlets are 1. 5 km away.

10 minutes from the Stella Maris Hospital in Tirrenia.

Very clean and nicely furnished room with a bathroom. Very good bed. Quiet surroundings and easily reachable. A car is necessary. For breakfast, there were packaged sweets, rusks, cookies, jam, coffee, and tea. The landlady was always easy to reach.

We rented a small apartment in this beautiful villa between two canals, on the border between Pisa and Livorno and just outside the highways and Aurelia. Quiet, a place to walk the dog, clean, comfortable, everything worked perfectly. Attentive and friendly manager. Basic breakfast, packaged snacks, but in abundance.

The apartment is very well-kept and ideal for a large family. Ideal location for getting around the area. Very quiet. The owner is very kind and attentive to our needs. For example, she provided baby soap for our six-month-old daughter.

Recommended B&B, strategic location to reach Pisa (15 minutes by car) with excellent value for money. The breakfast includes: Lavazza espresso coffee, croissants, biscuits, plumcake, fruit juices, water, jams. The air-conditioned room, organized on two levels to accommodate 4 people, is completely renovated with excellent materials and good taste; the owner of the property is kind, helpful, and attentive to cleanliness. We had a great time.
