Description

Our farmhouse dates back to the eighteenth century and until not long ago it was surrounded only by fields and livestock; now it has been completely restored following Tuscan style, with particular attention to materials and finishings.

You can taste a rich continental breakfast in the big hall originally used as a stable. Breakfast time is from 7. 30 to 10. 00.

All rooms are furnished in every detail from the materials (brick, wood floors, beams, bricks, mosaic and ceramic coatings), to furniture, purchased in antique markets and restored by the owner.

There is also a confortable sitting area where you can immerse yourself in reading or entertain a conversation in front of the fireplace. You can also spend relaxing moments in the garden.

We have a private car parking area and the possibility to rent cars or bicycles.

Every year "La corte di Stelio B&B" receives the Quality Label "Ospitalità Italiana".

We are an ideal place to satisfy cyclists' needs!

Sweet products plus a platter with cheese and ham or mortadella. We will be happy to find gluten-free or dairy-free with the express request well in advance.

You will find handcrafted cakes of fine Tuscan producers, fresh pastas but also retail cakes, all purchased packaged or otherwise as prescribed by we are not a country house and cannot provide products of our production). And then, rusks, biscuits, cornflakes, milk rolls and slices of Tuscan bread, jams, honey, butter, milk, yogurt, orange juice, various types of tea, chamomile.

A machine dispenses coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

The room is equipped with: microwave oven, tea Kettle electric oven to heat the croissants. The Hall has no cooking gas for safety reasons.

Hello everyone, I'm Simone, owner and co-manager, together with my father Giacomo and my brother in law Luca.

Thanks to them and my loved ones, it was possible to create "La Corte di Stelio".

The work done was extensive and will require just as much commitment now and in the years to come.

The satisfaction of seeing this project of mine come to life is, moreover, equally great.

My father and I share a passion for cars and music (Giacomo is part of the "Seminole" group, created in the late '60s).

Other passions of mine are photography, furniture, and small carpentry work - with various examples at the B&B - and last but not least, a passion for watches.

What we can guarantee is that we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable in our city and in our beautiful Tuscany.

Our greatest satisfaction, however, will be to see you come back to visit us!

The structure close to the airport and the city is great. The atmosphere is charming, as is the warm welcome by the host. Also, the nice garden is great, especially in the summer. Breakfast is very basic, I would appreciate some more fresh bread and a bigger variety of fruit. I appreciated it though that it is already available very early so I could have something to eat before my very early flight.

Adequate room size, perfect bathroom, beautiful breakfast room. They allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to eat the sandwich we had brought for the dinner on the day of arrival. Very kind. We did not choose to have breakfast so I cannot judge. There is a very nice little courtyard. They have a private parking lot. There is a bus stop in front of the B&B to go to the city center and they also sell tickets. The airport is very close but we didn't need it.

B&B very nice and tastefully furnished, abundant and varied breakfast. The manager is very kind and helpful also for suggestions on places to visit and how to get around with public transport. Excellent convenience the bus stop, just outside the B&B, which takes you to the city center. Also very close to the airport and the station. Highly recommended.

Top marks both for the very cute owners and the staff. Hotel right by the airport. With a little more, they even kept our car in the parking lot. Rich breakfast, large, clean rooms. I really liked ours in the garden. Too bad we only stayed one night. I will definitely return and also send people there.

My experience was really good. Very charming property. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and most importantly, so quiet that you did not hear airplanes even though it is so close to the airport. I did not have time to taste the breakfast because of an early flight, but the hosts were so charming and left you the option of keeping something in the kitchen for you to self-service something before the regular breakfast time if you wish. I recommend this property.

Our host was very good at communicating with me online. The B&B was very clean. Cappuccino machine was wonderful. Easy access to walk to from the airport and to and from the train station. Our host held our bags for us the next morning so that we could go see the Tower of Pisa. This B&B is a very good value in a safe neighborhood.

The location is perfect for the airport, just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is available from 5 am to 10 am, which is ideal for those with an early morning flight. The hotel is also not too far from Pisa Central station. The property is very clean and boasts a lovely garden where you can relax. We stopped overnight before our flight back to Pisa. The property was very convenient to the airport with overnight street parking, quaint and the host was very helpful. We were able to buy some refreshments in the evening and went out to a nearby area where there were some neighbourhood restaurants. The host left a delicious buffet breakfast for us that we were able to access before our 7am flight. We were very happy with our choice.

I cannot recommend La Corte di Stelio highly enough. We received a very warm welcome from Giacomo, who allowed us to drop off our bags early in the morning, before heading off to spend the day in Pisa. When we checked into our room we were delighted to find that it was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to Pisa airport, as well as for accessing the train station and city centre on foot. Although we didn't spend much time there, the property benefits from a lovely garden, which would be a nice option for relaxing in or if you had kids who wanted to play. Finally, we were impressed by the huge range of choice on offer at breakfast, which was available very early in the morning (ideal for those catching early flights). We are grateful to Giacomo and Simone for their warm welcome and very much look forward to returning to La Corte di Stelio on our next visit to Pisa!

The B&B is about a 5-minute walk from the airport and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We also walked to the Leaning Tower, which was about 30-40 minutes away. If you choose to travel by bus to the city center, there is a bus stop just outside the B&B. The host was friendly and helpful, and our triple room was nice and clean. The property was lovely with a nice garden where you could relax. The stay included a self-service breakfast available from very early in the morning. Great value for money!

We picked this property as it is very near the airport and we had an early morning flight the next day. The walk to the airport was only 10 minutes. We were very pleasantly surprised with how lovely this B&B is. We were a bit early but greeted warmly and given our room. The hosts provided plenty of info about local restaurants and how to get into the center of Pisa. Please note that the area around the property is residential and doesn't have much to see. It is about a 30 minute walk into the historic center. Great value for the price and a good place to stay if you need easy access to the airport.

My friend and I stayed here for one night due to an early flight the next morning. The walk to the airport was about 10 minutes, which was perfect, to the train station about 20 minutes and to the city center about 25. The property was beautiful, as well as the rooms! Even though we left around 4 am, breakfast was served. A traditional Italian place with much charm and lovely staff. Cannot recommend enough.

Very close to the airport on foot but incredibly quiet. Large room with impeccable bedding. Beautiful breakfast room with unusual objects. To reach the historic center of Pisa, there is a bus in front of the property or you can walk there in 35-40 minutes. Pisa Central Station is a 10-minute walk away with trains to Florence in 1 hour. Very warm welcome and impeccably clean property! The only slight downside was the lack of bread and fruits other than apples at breakfast and the fruit juices weren't great, but there were cakes, croissants, brioches, yogurt, cereals.

This bed and breakfast is delightful, you can experience the history of this family through the objects, the furniture, the extreme care that is put into everything. It's like a small museum. Everything is kept very well, very clean, you really feel at home and this leads you to have the utmost respect for everything. Despite being in a peripheral area, the center is easily reachable with a walk, or you can take the bus that stops right in front. They will give you all the directions and recommendations even for where to dine, with great kindness and attention. It's close to the airport but we rested well because it's very well soundproofed. The rooms are comfortable and also in the bathroom nothing to complain about, all positive especially since it's tidied up daily. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, I would say it satisfies all tastes. If we happen to be in this area again, we will gladly return and we recommend it without any doubt. This hotel is very useful when you have an early flight, it is just 6 minutes on foot from the airport. To go to La Corte di Stelio it takes about 30 minutes on foot or you can take a bus. I stayed only 2 nights and visited the main attractions on foot and in the evening, to return to the hotel, I walked to the train station to take the Pisa Mover which has its final stop at the airport.

I had a great time, I had received directions from a flight attendant and the place is really nice, the owners are very kind, a beautiful comfortable bathroom, in the evening I made myself a chamomile because I was given free access to the breakfast room with everything necessary for a small snack if needed. I have already advertised to others and will definitely return. The location makes the place perfect for the airport and also close to the Pisa station if desired. I slept very well and felt at home immediately.

La Corte di Stelio is a little gem close to the airport, and not too far from the train station. Our chalet room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The extensive and substantial self-service breakfast included tasty Italian pastries and the automatic coffee maker was just acceptable. Our host was friendly and helpful, plus he had arranged for us to be admitted very late at night on our arrival. Noise from the nearby airport and motorway was not a problem during the night. Definitely good value and within walking distance (or a bus journey from the stop outside) to the centre of Pisa.

Our arrival time was a little mixed up as we were on public transport from Corsica and we missed a bus so we were going to be late and then we were early. Our hosts were lovely and clearly dropped everything to get us into our room. A lovely clean tidy room with everything you could want. The breakfast and the breakfast room was excellent and so special to be there at 4:30 in the morning as we had an early morning flight and everything was laid out beautifully for us to have a quick lovely breakfast. This is a very special place to stay and being so close to the airport makes it very convenient and I didn't notice any airplane noise while we were there. It was a short but sweet stay and will be a special moment in our 5 week European journey. Thank you Simone and Luca.

We've chosen the place for its very close location to the airport, but it turns out it is also quite convenient to reach the city centre (less than 30 min walk). The property is a very nice house with garden, the host is very nice and helpful. The room was big, with air conditioning, nice and big bathroom and all very clean. We had a rental car which could leave overnight in a secure parking, so it was perfect. Despite the proximity to the airport and flyover, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. And the breakfast was great, with a lot of choices!

Il principiale difetto è la discreta lontananza dal centro di Pisa. Tutto il resto è di ottimo livello: le camere sono all'interno di un edificio di recente ristrutturazione, sono ampie, ben arredate e pulite; davvero calorosa e simpatica l'accoglienza. Particolarmente consigliato per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e alle autostrade.

La Fi-Pi-Li non è certo colpa loro (cmq un punto di meno per averla proprio davanti alla finestra). Aeroporto a due passi, stazione centrale raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi (con bagagli), bus per stazione e centro davanti al portone. In tempi di Covid la colazione in origine buona è stata ridotta molto. È comprensibile, ma nonostante Corona qualcosina di più della merendine plastificate si poteva offrire. Pane sale olio. Toast e formaggini. Qualsiasi cosa. Comunque complimenti e grazie!

In all our years of cycle travel, to have lovely accommodation a 6 minute walk from the airport and a gracious host who will store our bike boxes for a month until we return was unimaginable until now! For cyclists especially who are travelling in Tuscany this place isa treasure!

I chose this place mainly because it was close to the airport and I didn't want to bother with making arrangements with a taxi in the morning. This has got to be the closest place you can find to the airport. It really was a five minute walk. And better yet, it was an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. And on top of that convenience the place was clean and owners/management were very welcoming and informative. They take good care of their property.

Such a lovely place in a very convenient location for the airport - and fairly close to the train station too. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Very comfortable bed, good sized room with en-suite, all very clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb, the gluten-free items especially welcome too. Thank you so much.

Highly recommended. We had a large garden room with ensuite, it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The owners were exceptionally helpful as we had a car battery problem, they lent us a charging cable and escorted my husband to a local mechanic. Breakfast was self service and more than adequate. This B&B is really close to Pisa airport, however we were not disturbed by noise at all. It’s also only a 25 minute walk to the Historic buildings of Pisa.

Una estancia excelente. Todo estuvo perfecto. Muchas gracias al staff por su atención y sus consejos. 1. Los consejos sobre la ciudad fueron muy apreciables. 2. Las instalaciones son muy buenas 3. Nos facilitaron el desayuno a las 4: 30 a. m. y eso es muy de agradecer, ya que nuestro avión salía muy temprano. 4. Nos facilitaron bicicletas, de alquiler, algo que para nosotros es muy valioso porque nos encantan disfrutar de paseos en bicis. 5. A 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Muchas gracias por todo.

Lovely, friendly welcome, easy walk from airport. Big, spacious room which was quiet dark but that made it cool which was a bonus because the weather was so hot. Air conditioning a bit noisy. We walked around the corner and found a nice restaurant which served pizza/pasta, very reasonable price. Breakfast was good with a mix of most continental foods. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast hotel. We would definitely use it again and recommend it. It literally is 5 minutes walk to the airport. The only thing that let it down was the coffee from the coffee machine. The worst we had tasted on our holiday. Neither my husband or myself could drink it, sorry.

We stayed two times in this B&B. It is close to the Pisa airport, in a quiet area. It is easy to get to downtown using public transportat. One could even walk to the train station, or get a taxi for 6 euros. BTW, Pisa is 30 minutes away from Lucca, by train, we really liked that part.

My husband and I stayed for only one night. We were flying home via the Pisa Airport. The property is in walking distance of both the train station and the airport, which was perfect for us. Although, this meant we were not staying in the town of Pisa, but, it was walkable and took about 45minutes. The owners of the property were warm and very helpful to us. Our room was quite large, comfortable and charming. The breakfast area was also charming and well planned for feeding hungry travelers breakfast. There were many food choices-all healthy and all fresh. We would definitely return.

Idéalement situé à coté de l'aéroport car on y accède à pieds en 5 minutes, au calme dans une petite rue. Un arrêt de bus est juste devant pour aller en bus dans le centre de Pise en à peine 10 minutes. Cette ancienne cour de ferme est très agréable, les chambres sont lumineuses propres et toutes équipées, de jolis plafonds hauts. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit mais nous avons adorés le charme du lieu, l'accueil. Petit déjeuner sympathique. Adresse que nous recommanderons à nos amis et famille.

We have stayed at this small, family run B&B about 6 times now. It is located about a 6 minute walk from the Pisa Airport and a reasonable walk from the train station. The rooms are charming, adequate size with nice bathrooms and good beds. I always request the room with the huge corner tub, a luxury not often found in European hotels. Breakfast is great, fresh fruit, yogurts, several freshly made cakes, toasts, pastries and good machine coffee. They also have a selection of meats and cheeses with fresh crusty bread. The breakfast is set up for very early risers, so never have we gone without when catching a very early flight. The wifi is free and works well, and the reception always friendly (even when we showed up at midnight one time!) Their recommendation of a nearby pizza place was fantastic. Wouldn't stay anywhere is. It is a great value for the money.

Much easier to find now the roads at the airport have been improved. Ate at small café recommended by Owners, very good. Stay here most years, have a good nights sleep before picking up our hire car and driving on down through Italy. Would thoroughly recommend. Hope to see you all again in June.

Struttura bella e pulitissima, situata in una posizione molto comoda, in prossimità dell'aeroporto, della stazione treni e al tempo stesso ad una distanza ragionevole dal centro che è comunque raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (fermata praticamente vicinissima). La camera in cui ho soggiornato era ampia, confortevole e luminosa. Ho notato subito il profumo gradevole di pulizia. È possibile lasciare auto in parcheggio privato e chiuso a chiave. Il gestore è gentilissimo. Bella la stanza della colazione che è abbondante e di ottima qualità. Si ha a disposizione dalle 5 di mattina da dolci freschi a colazione salata, yogurt, latte, succhi, con forno a microonde per scaldare i cibi. Mi è sembrato davvero di essere a casa. Dovendo tornare spesso a Pisa e avendo già provato altre strutture, posso dire che tornerò qui ogni volta!

This B&B was a perfect find for staying close to Pisa Airport before an early morning flight. Instructions from Luca on how to find the place from Pisa Centrale station were easy to follow - a short bus ride or 10-15 minutes' walk. Check-in was very friendly, with advice being given about where to eat locally. The room was well set out and the bed was most comfortable of any of the places I had stayed during my trip to Italy. It was also remarkably quiet, given that it was near a main road and the airport. I had to leave before 05: 00 and found that an excellent self-service breakfast had been set out in the dining-room, including the opportunity to have hot drinks from a machine. The icing on the cake was that it was only 5 minutes' walk from the airport. I can't recommend this B&B highly enough and would definitely stay again.

This was an exquisite place for an overnight stay prior to flying home, it sets a standard that many B&B's could follow. House is full of character has a large garden and sitting area's where you can catch your last top up of sun and glass of wine. Walking distance to Pisa airport and many bars and restaurants, would only consider this B&B when we return to Pisa.

We would highy recommend this B&B if you wanted to stay close to the airport. We only stayed overnight. Our flight was delayed and when i told the owner that we weren't sure if the hire car would be available he offered to come and pick us up. Then we arrived at the B&B late around 9:30pm they drove us into a great restaurant which was no trouble fo walk home from. Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Thank you Luca for your helpfulness.

5 minutes walking from airport, walking distance from Pisa centre 10/15 minutes, bus stop directly outside house. Very nice house with a homely Italian feel, we had a big bedroom and bathroom, continental breakfast and you could purchase wine and beer. Tea and coffee available from the kitchen at any time. nice courtyard to sit in. bicycles provided at a small cost. Due to very bad rain our host drove us to the airport. Excellent choice and we would definitely stay here again. Superb and thanks you to the hosts and staff.

Comodissimi il garage privato, a prezzo estremamente modico e la posizione, vicinissima all'aeroporto, i cui voli non incidono sulla tranquillità degli ospiti. Colazione a buffet, non molto varia ma abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Un'esperienza positiva da ripetere in caso di nuovi soggiorni a Pisa.

Voto 10 perché è stato tutto perfetto: l'accoglienza in tarda notte, la disponibilità dell'host, pulizia grandezza e servizi della camera, colazione super abbondante per ogni gusto, arredi davvero ricercati e di buon gusto e per finire una gradevolissima chiacchierata con uno degli host. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura di tanto in tanto negli ultimi anni e sono stata sempre accolta con gentilezza e professionalità. Raccomandato da amici che abitano nella zona, mi sono recato in questo B&B tipicamente toscano purtroppo per una sera soltanto. Ambiente ristrutturato e ben curato con grande giardino adatto anche ai più piccoli, la mia camera (Amerigo) posta al piano terra corredata di piccolo angolo cottura è stata molto confortevole, anche se le persone arrivate in tarda sera hanno fatto un po' di confusione. La colazione self service si è dimostrata comoda oltre che ricca e con molta frutta fresca.. ve lo consiglio.

Very convenient for the airport and we eventually managed to find a restaurant we liked in Pisa, after hunting for and failing to find the one recommended by the host. All the staff were very friendly. The room seemed noisy when we arrived but was very quiet and comfortable at night and we slept well. It would have been nice if the breakfast had included something savoury, if only cheese, but there were plenty of sweet things which Italians like at breakfast. The host's car park was handy but seemed a dangerous spot to get out of, on a busy bend. We would definitely stay there again before an early or after a late flight.

Buonasera signora, la colazione deve essere a base di prodotti confezionati, questo prescrive la normativa, questo è chiaramente specificato sul nostro sito. Piacerebbe anche a noi far trovare prodotti fatti in casa e freschi ma, al momento, non possiamo Peraltro, sia la torta mantovana che le crostate sono prodotti si confezionati ma di produttori toscani. Molte persone, non so se è il vostro caso, tendono a paragonarci ad un agriturismo; questo a noi fa enorme piacere ma ahimè, non lo siamo. Comunque sia oltre al 25 avete soggiornato anche il giorno 22 e in nessuna delle due occasioni ce lo avete fatto notare, lo scrivete direttamente sul web, avremmo potuto parlarne a quattr'occhi e spiegarvi come stanno le cose. Considerando la varietà e la quantità dei prodotti presente - adesso abbiamo anche la nostra frutta: pere, suine, pesche - ed il fatto che si possa fare colazione anche alle 5 di mattina non crediamo che un punteggio così basso sia corretto, a maggior ragione a fronte di un punteggio di 9 da voi stessi attribuito alla voce " rapporto qualità prezzo ". Confidando di potervi avere nuovamente nostri graditi ospiti porgiamo un cordiale saluto da Pisa. Famiglia Bernini.

Penso che a pisa città nei pressi dell'aeroporto non ci possa essere struttura migliore. Usando spesso Pisa come aeroporto di partenza/arrivo penso di aver trovato il luogo ideale (10 minuti reali a piedi col trolley dall'ingresso), in più ha la fermata dell'autobus (linea 2) a venti metri che porta in centro o in stazione ferroviaria. Grazie ai gestori veramente prodighi di informazioni.
