Description

La Corte B&B is located in the Old Town, within the Arezzo walls, easily reachable by car from "Porta San Clemente" with unlimited access, not subject to time rules and limited traffic area restrictions with ample parking possibilities. Only 5 minutes walk from the railway station and from Arezzo main shopping street "Corso Italia", the well- known Piazza Grande, The Basilica of San Francesco with its famous frescoes by Piero della Francesca, as well as the nursing home San Giuseppe hospital, La Corte is also near the surgical center Toscano, close to the Pietri park area. La Corte is located only 20 meters from the Medieval Museum a famous venue for conferences and exhibitions which attract a large number of visitors. La Corte offers spacious, bright and quiet rooms all with private bathrooms. All rooms are located within the courtyard. You will enjoy reading and relaxing on the terrace from which you can admire an amazing 360 degrees view of the town and in particular of the cathedral.

Everything was perfect! The room was really nice and clean and had AC, which was golden for the hot days. The BnB has an amazing roof top terrace with a beautiful view over Arezzo! The contact to the owner was easy and very pleasant.

We spent 2 wonderful days in this accommodation for tourist reasons and we felt very good. The owner Danilo was very helpful in suggesting itineraries and solutions. The place is extremely convenient for walking to the most beautiful and interesting sites in Arezzo. The accommodation also allows for self-catering if one does not want to go to a restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few days in Arezzo, both for the price and for the treatment as well as the location.

Good stay, excellent welcome, really excellent garage service for 10 euros a day. The only thing to improve is perhaps an automatic deodorant that at night, somewhere in the corridors, sprayed making a annoying noise.

Great value for money. The property is within the walls of Arezzo, reachable in 10 minutes from the public parking Baldaccio and very close to the center (less than 10 minutes on foot), making it perfect for visiting the city and its points of interest. The room is very clean and spacious, as is the bathroom. The environment overlooks the lovely courtyard (hence the name). Silence, peace, and the comfort of the bed are the icing on the cake. The room also has a kettle with instant coffee and tea/herbal tea bags. Breakfast is not included, but there are cafes and pastry shops nearby. The owners are kind and helpful. Highly recommended, I would go back. Tip: If you don't want to climb too many stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor.

I could not stay at the property due to a train strike. However, I must say that the managers were very understanding: they made an effort to find an alternative means of transport, and - since it was not possible to find one - they reassured me that I would not have to pay any penalty. The structure is located in the city center about 10 minutes on foot from the Duomo. I would like to add for potential "lazy" customers that it is 10 minutes mainly uphill. The room is quiet, clean, and the manager is very kind and punctual. The only note is that due to the limited size of the toilet, the use of sanitary facilities (especially the bidet) may be uncomfortable for tall customers. In conclusion, the quality price ratio is excellent and I definitely recommend the structure.

Everything met expectations. The staff is available and courteous. Ideal location to experience the Arezzo nightlife. The only note is the lack of a power outlet to charge the cell phone near the bed. We had to give up the bedside lamps.

We really enjoyed being in Arezzo. It was very nice meeting our host Danilo who was very easy to communicate with. Lovely view from the roof terrace. It was quiet and very clean and easy to walk everywhere in Arezzo from La Corte.

I stayed at La Corte for 3 nights over the Easter holidays. Such a lovely place in a beautiful town! Traditional Italian building with gorgeous tiling on the floor and well-maintained/modernized heating and water. The daily housekeeping was thorough. I loved the labyrinthine halls leading to my very private room with a lovely view of the cute courtyard. The roof terrace gave an amazing panoramic view of moody Arezzo.

I punti forti di questo B&B sono due: la vicinanza al centro e la possibilità, al prezzo di 10 euro al giorno, di tenere la macchina in un loro box privato. Purtroppo, assolutamente insufficiente la camera (la nostra era la n. 2): piccolissima, senza un armadio, muffa negli angoli dei muri, intonaco malmesso ed infine, assolutamente inaccettabile, le lenzuola molto vecchie, infeltrite e addirittura il copriletto macchiato. Il proprietario ci tiene a sottolineare che, tra i servizi offerti, c’è il riscaldamento autonomo delle camere (io lo davo per scontato perché non credo esistano nel 2023, in inverno, B&B privi di riscaldamento) ed il prezzo è stato di 100 euro a notte per 2 persone. Non ci ritornerei.

Buonasera, ci spiace notare così tanto rancore e accanimento contro la nostra struttura, viste le numerose recensioni negative che ci lascia. In ogni caso al momento della prenotazione ha scelto la camera standard (di cui aveva a disposizione foto realistiche) e non una tipologia superiore che avrebbe offerto comfort maggiori, che più si confacevano alle vostre innumerevoli esigenze (nella camera è presente un mobile con tre ampi cassetti dove riporre i vestiti e uno stand appendiabiti). Inoltre al momento del check-out non avete minimamente fatto cenno a nessun genere di lamentela e vi abbiamo atteso all’arrivo anche oltre l’orario di check-in senza farvi alcun problema e con estrema cortesia, come facciamo con ogni ospite che sceglie la nostra struttura. Il riscaldamento, se viaggia lo sa, generalmente non si gestisce in autonomia nella propria camera, ma è regolato indipendentemente dalle esigenze del singolo! In ogni caso abbiamo numerosi ospiti che continuano ad apprezzare il nostro lavoro e la nostra struttura (la perfezione non è di questo mondo). Le consiglio la prossima volta di prenotare un grande Hotel dalle 4 stelle in su! Saluti

I slept very well! Just one night but I really enjoyed the atmosphere of La Corte. Danilo welcomed me kindly and quickly took care of the formalities. Having the private parking, which I had reserved, was really a good choice, considering that La Corte is located in the center. I appreciated the opportunity to have a herbal tea, the large bed, and the panoramic terrace on the roof.

Nice structure with a cloister inside leading to the rooms, kind owners, we had the room on the second floor, you have to climb stairs and the staircase is a bit steep so not practical for those with leg problems. Possibility to park in their garage paying 5 euros. Breakfast not served. Pleasant stay. I would recommend it.

Great accommodation, a stone's throw from all the monuments and the historic center. The manager is courteous and very helpful. It is worth mentioning the possibility of a garage, truly appreciable. Located in a renovated building, with a suitably sized environment, clean and equipped with a mini-bar, hairdryer, and all the essentials. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, which was not used because despite the high external heat, the room remained cool. The only flaw is that breakfast is not served (so I wouldn't say it's a b&b, but just a b). However, there are several bars nearby.

The room was very clean and warm, equipped with towels, hairdryer, herbal teas. The structure in which it is located is gorgeous, close to Casa Vasari. The location is a 10 given that it is in the center. Garage available by specifying it at booking. Big flaw: the breakfast is external, true, 5 minutes away... but still we did not appreciate it because going out and coming back to brush your teeth is not functional on vacation. Also, the affiliated breakfast is not plentiful.

Recently renovated property, simple but comfortable and clean room, with a spacious bathroom. Overlooking an internal courtyard, it is quiet, yet still in the center and a few minutes walk from tourist attractions. The owners were kind and helpful, allowing us to use the garage to park the car.

The structure is nice, clean and quiet, it has a beautiful terrace and a beautiful courtyard, but I don't think it's exclusive. The managers are helpful and courteous. The only downside is the external breakfast, to be consumed in a nearby bar. The breakfast products are not particularly varied, nor of exceptional quality.

Everything is perfect. The room is clean and recently renovated. It is located in a good position both for free parking (tennis courts) and for reaching the center on foot. It is also possible to reach the front door of the building by car for loading/unloading luggage without entering the restricted traffic area.
