La Casetta is an old farmhouse completely renovated located on a small hill surrounded by the countryside of Lucca, among vineyards and olive groves.

The location is truly strategic for moving between many places of interest (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Versilia, Garfagnana, Apuan Alps).

The A11 Florence-Mare highway and the Altopascio train station can be reached in a few minutes.

The Cottage has 4 carefully furnished rooms and plenty of outdoor space where you can spend moments of absolute relaxation in the greenery.

It is suitable for those who love the simplicity of the countryside, the greenery, and animals. You can hear crickets, cicadas, frogs, and see fireflies when they are in season.

Montecarlo, a charming medieval village, is just a few minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants and wineries that we can book for you.

I love nature, I love the countryside, I couldn't live without it, that's why years ago I decided to move from the city to the place where my parents had bought a country house, when my brother and I were very young.

This house has always been my heart, my passion, and when I had the opportunity to purchase another portion of it, I decided to renovate it and dedicate it to hospitality.

Veronica has created a beautiful, quiet place where we enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was wonderful to return here after a busy city visit. Veronica is very friendly and helpful and can provide good tips for the area. We definitely plan to come back!

It was a wonderful experience to stay with Veronica! The House is completely new/renovated, spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Beautiful nature around the House, it is quiet and at the same time close to Lucca. Lots of space for parking. Veronica is a very nice person, caring & friendly. I highly recommend La Casetta, the best place to stay in Tuscany!!

The structure is very beautiful and very well maintained by the owner who is very kind and helpful. Very convenient location to travel by train (station is a 5-minute drive away). Recommended and, if there is the opportunity, we will stay there again with great pleasure.
