Description
We are one of the most exclusive bed and breakfasts in Viareggio, located in a privileged position on the promenade, just steps away from the sea. Our establishment is situated near the historic center and the main tourist attractions of the city. Viareggio is easily accessible from the nearby Pisa airport.
We offer air-conditioned double rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and some offer the possibility of an additional bed.
In the immediate vicinity of our bed and breakfast, you will find a tourist pier, a bus station, an internet point, and parking spaces for cars and motorcycles.
During the summer, we also offer daily visits to the Cinque Terre, with departures from the marina.
We accept small pets and also offer bicycle rental service, allowing you to comfortably explore the Versilia.

B&B in excellent location. Large and clean room. We had a great time and being close to both the sea and just 18 minutes walk from the station very useful for both a day at the beach and to use the station and visit beautiful cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence.

La Casa sul Molo is a wonderful place to spend the holidays: the rooms are comfortable and clean; the location is excellent as it is close to a free beach and to the baths of Viareggio, as well as to the promenade full of shops, bars, and restaurants. The managers are kind and extremely helpful, they can advise very well regarding restaurants, bars, clubs, areas of interest. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

Sono stato 4 giorni in struttura e mi son trovato benissimo. posto centrale, a due passi dalla passeggiata e ai ristoranti. per il parcheggio ho trovato vicino ai cantieri navali sulle strisce bianche vicinissimo al B&B. Consigliatissimo.

Giuseppe, the host, is running a very nice BnB in the heart of Viareggio just next to the beach and the main promenade with a lot of restaurants and bars. He's a very welcoming guy and made our stay very pleasant.
The breakfast is usually served at 9am earliest, but he didn't hesitate to prepare one for us earlier when I asked him.
He's very communicative and responded to all our requests per email very fast and even installed Signal on his phone when we were talking about it.
All in all, I totally recommend this nice and clean place - will definitely come back, if I'm around.

Ottimo fine settimana a Viareggio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera bella e curata, bagno ampio e perfetto. Ubicazione perfetta, di fronte al canale, vicino al mare e centro. Ringraziamo la gentilezza e stile del titolare, signor Giuseppe, che speriamo ritrovare nella nostra prossima visita alla piacevole Viareggio.
