The property, located about 2 km from the sea and the thermal baths of Versilia, consists of two buildings. The Casa Rossa is a newly built Bed and Breakfast with 3 double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. The Casa Gialla is a separate little house with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a dining area, a kitchenette, and an outdoor area with a veranda and a garden.

Good bed and breakfast. Clean, modern, Mrs. Alda very kind and helpful for everything. Breakfast to be reviewed. Lacking imagination, good croissants from the bar but maybe it should be asked how you want them because in 3 breakfasts I have never found one with chocolate.

Ms. Alda is the best, kind and helpful, it feels like home. One kilometer from the sea, with all services nearby. I recommend going there. Best price quality in the area.

Mrs. Alda is a volcano of friendliness and helpfulness. We had a good time. New and very clean room, very good breakfast, a stone's throw from Forte dei Marmi.

We looked for a structure near where we spent New Year's Eve and came across this B&B! Normally they offer breakfast but it was not scheduled for New Year's Eve and I cannot judge it! The rooms are adequate and the mattresses a bit hard but we slept well, the bathrooms are perfect: nothing is missing! Both the sheets, blankets, and towels are washed at home (they don't smell of industrial laundry!) by the manager or by the lady Alda who welcomed us as if we were her children! Surely the rooms are refreshed often.
