The Casa delle Rose Guesthouse is located in Antria, a small village surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan hills, just 6 km from the center of Arezzo.
The peace and quiet of the countryside blend perfectly with proximity to the city's main attractions: we are 4 km from the New Tuscan Surgical Center and 7 km from the Exhibition and Congress Center as well as the Le Caselle sports hall.
The property is nestled in the silence and calm of nature, making it an ideal spot for walks in the open countryside or nearby woods.
Open year-round, the guesthouse offers:
- 2 comfortable double rooms, each with a private external bathroom;
- 1 double room with a private en-suite bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Bathrooms have been renovated and include shower cabins, towels, hairdryers, and dispensers with shower gel and shampoo.

A very positive experience, absolutely recommended. We stayed at Mrs. Maria and her husband's B&B and felt welcomed like family from the start. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a warm and welcoming setting that truly conveys a sense of home. A special thanks to Mrs. Maria for her kindness and great availability, especially for the attention shown at breakfast also for those who, like me, are lactose intolerant. A stay we will happily carry in our hearts.

There is little to do, a holiday is remembered not so much for the history and culture of the territory, but for the people you meet along the way. Staying at Mrs. Maria's Bed and Breakfast was a memorable experience. The breakfasts she prepared for us were fantastic: abundant, special, different every day, and full of the scent of true Tuscany. And then the welcome she gave us, the advice on where to have lunch and dinner, what to visit, the anecdotes about the territory and the things to see... precious and unique precisely because they come from someone who has lived there for generations. Not far from the center of Arezzo, located in a quiet and peaceful place, Mrs. Maria welcomed us showing us the room I had booked. Kindness and love for her work are to be appreciated and then the room is lovely, very clean and bright! The bathroom, in our case, was outside the room but it didn't create any problem for us. Spacious shower and everything very clean. The breakfast, then, was the best! Sweet, savory, cakes, crostini with homemade jams, too bad I didn't take a picture! If we go back to those areas, we will definitely go back to her! We felt at home. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts Maria!

The last three nights of 2018 at the B&B Casa delle Rose di Maria were really enjoyable, thanks to the excellent hospitality, even in the details. It is worth mentioning, first and foremost, the extraordinary morning treat of the abundant and delicious breakfast prepared by Maria, very attentive to accommodating our tastes and needs. But we must also remember the punctual cleanliness of the premises, located in a very quiet area within a well-kept and welcoming residential context. The stay was made even more pleasant by the kindness and courteous attentions of the hosts, who welcomed us like an old couple of friends, even though they did not know us at all.

We spent one night at the B&B La Casa delle Rose di Maria (this weekend for the Antiques Fair in Arezzo), an enchanted place, very quiet and romantic; meticulously furnished, excellent cleanliness. We spent two nights at the B&B Casa delle Rose di Maria, a very quiet and cute place, with carefully decorated and excellent cleanliness. Not to mention the breakfast prepared by Mrs. Maria, exceptional!

We are happy to leave a review for this wonderful Bed and Breakfast where we stayed for one night and where we will definitely return if we find ourselves in that area. Cozy and clean place, sunny, where a lovely lady Maria warmly welcomed us and delighted us with her delicious cakes prepared with so much love. We had a great time. La Casa delle Rose di Maria is located near the city of Arezzo, an ideal place to relax in the tranquility of the countryside. Recommended!

This is a Bed and Breakfast that deserves to be visited and stayed in, because the maximum rating is only 10; otherwise I would have given much more on all the aspects. We had a wonderful stay, pampered and welcomed by the kind and very gentle Mr. Maria and Mr. Mario. Breakfast is amazing and the care and cleanliness of the place is excellent.

My husband Franco and I were very happy with the choice we made. The place is very nice, close to Arezzo and the main road junctions. The hostess, Maria, was truly exquisite with her kindness and courtesy. We were able to bring our little dog, accepted with love. We had a great time. Thank you Maria, a big kiss. Every detail is taken care of. The welcome from Maria is warm and the breakfast is very satisfying. The structure is beautiful and the setting in the green countryside of Arezzo towards the hill is magnificent.
