Description

The Bed and Breakfast is located in a central area between Pietrasanta and Marina, bordering the municipality of Forte dei Marmi. It is about 2. 5 km from the sea and 2. 5 km from the city center. Located behind the Versilia toll booth, bordering the highway, is an excellent starting point for visiting nearby cities such as Lucca (20 minutes away), Pisa (30 minutes away), or Florence (1 hour away).

Composed of three different double rooms, each with a private bathroom, a large garden, ample internal parking with an automatic gate, and an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy breakfast in the summer. In order to satisfy as many guests as possible, we provide, upon request, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and any other type of special dietary requirements.

The mattress is very hard. The shower water never gets hot, and before 7 a.m. it does not come at all. In the bathroom, although finely renovated, it is not arranged for the necessary conveniences: there is very little space to place toiletries and other items. Except for the hooks on the radiator where towels are placed, there is nothing to hang anything on, which I also pointed out to the owner. For the rest, including the availability and the hospitality, everything is fine.

Salve Silvia, sono davvero dispiaciuta di leggere una recensione simile, anche perchè, nei suoi due giorni di soggiorno, ho cercato di venirle incontro quanto più mi fosse possibile (tra le ultime la richiesta di mirtilli a colazione e la colazione anticipata alle 7.30 per permetterle di andare al mercato). In tutti questi anni (ormai 11) mi hanno sempre fatto i complimenti per i letti, perchè i materassi sono comodi e rigidi ma, probabilmente, non ripecchiavano il suo gusto. Come il bagno, molto grande con ganci al termosifone per appendere gli asciugamani (no non ci sono altri appendiabiti nel bagno, non ne abbiamo mai riscontrato la necessità, anche perchè in camera c'è un appendiabiti che credo, per una persona sola o anche per due, possa essere più che sufficente). La camera zafferano è una delle più amate dagli ospiti e mi dipiace leggerne così tanti aspetti negativi. Per l'acqua calda, il problema poteva essere risolto semplicemente chiedendo. Le avrei spiegato che ci sono i gradi sulla manopola dell'acqua della doccia e che per far venire l'acqua più calda bisogna ruotare quella. Mi spiace si sia trovata male, ma, come le avevo detto al telefono, prima di chiedere sconti per soggiorni anche futuri, è bene sempre prima conoscerci e vedere la struttura, perchè, come infatti è successo, non è detto che ci vada bene. Charming B&B. It is very close to the highway, so on the one hand it is easy to reach, which makes it great for exploring the surroundings or for stopping during longer trips; on the other hand, it does suffer somewhat from the noise of passing cars. Francesca was very kind and helpful and was able to advise us on how to make the most of our short weekend in the area.

Nice and clean B&B. It is an old country house composed of three different double rooms, each with a private bathroom, with a large garden, a spacious private parking area with an automatic gate and an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy breakfast in summer. The room is very nice, spacious and with exposed beams; we also found a small fridge and a kettle with some herbal teas. The owner is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is an Italian-style buffet with homemade cakes, freshly baked warm croissants, jams, fresh fruit juices and fruit.

The breakfast is excellent, varied, and abundant, served on the small outdoor veranda, really pleasant and surrounded by greenery. We were guests on the day of the reopening on 01/02/2025. I apologize for the delay and ask for forgiveness from the very kind owner who welcomed us so kindly. She showed us all the rooms and we had difficulty choosing one since we were the only guests. One more beautiful than the other! So many details and so much care in every part of the structure. Despite being close to the highway, our room (celeste) was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with many treats prepared by Francesca. I definitely recommend it.

Francesca is an exceptional host, attentive to details and customer requests, she has managed to establish a climate of trust and respect. We spent 4 nights and found a familiar and very quiet environment. B&B convenient to the sea (about 2 km) and to the center of Pietrasanta (2.5 km) also reachable, via cycle path, with bicycles provided free of charge (fabulous service). Mrs. Francesca proved to be very nice, kind, and always available to provide information about the nearby places. Excellent and abundant breakfast where the homemade sweets made by the same lady are not missing. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Optimal location to easily move both towards the sea and the inland and neighboring countries, availability of bicycles for getting around in an area where parking is a problem. Spectacular view towards the Apuan Alps. Very beautiful structure, well-kept outdoor garden and shaded car park. Cozy, functional, and very clean rooms. Open-air breakfast worthy of a high-level hotel with the added bonus of products made by the skillful hand of Francesca, whose availability and friendliness are not common things. Very happy to have spent my holidays here. La Bugneta is a very well-kept structure, with exceptional cleanliness and order. The breakfast is super excellent, special and abundant. Well-kept environment both outside and in the recently renovated rooms, clean, welcoming, with TV and air conditioning which is a nice plus during this period. The breakfast is rich, plentiful and of quality both sweet and savory. Francesca and her partner are beautiful people, kind, smiling and ready to give all the necessary advice. The free use of bicycles is an excellent service to move to the sea which is only 2 km away and made us feel like children again (thank you). We will definitely come back because we had a really good time. Absolutely honest price, I would say quite low. I recommend it with closed eyes.

The property is located in the countryside near the Versilia highway exit. It is a two-story house with a large and well-kept garden. Upon our arrival, we are greeted by the smiling Francesca who shows us the breakfast room, our room, and after some formalities, leaves us the keys to the room. We stayed with our small dog, a Maltese, in the ground floor saffron room. The room is completely renovated, very clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom does not have windows but is large and has a spacious shower. We slept comfortably. The breakfast is excellent and abundant, with homemade cakes, yogurt, bread, cold cuts, and fruit, we couldn't ask for more. Francesca is an extremely nice and never intrusive host. Rating ten, without praise only for the location, which despite being in the countryside is slightly disturbed by the road (truly almost imperceptible). Our little dog was welcomed like a king. Like all bed and breakfasts or establishments where there are exposed foods, it was not possible to bring him to the breakfast room but this is not a problem for us at all. He was free to roam in the garden without any limitation.

Nothing objectionable. It is equidistant from Pietrasanta and the Marina, if you have bicycles there is a beautiful flat cycle path to reach both. I think of going back there in the summer.

My friend Paola and I spent a week at this splendid Bed and Breakfast managed excellently by the owner Francesca. Impeccable reception, cleanliness and care of the rooms truly outstanding, not to mention the breakfast; all the sweets are homemade and every detail on the table is well taken care of. After a couple of days, another friend joined the group and we used the Anice room, truly beautiful and very spacious. Everything was perfect, we will be back soon to this little corner of relaxation located a few minutes from all the main places of interest in Versilia and with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps. A big thank you to Francesca who welcomed us with sympathy and availability, making us discover this magnificent B&B between Pietrasanta and Marina di Pietrasanta. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with a bathroom and everything you need. The breakfast consists of a small but substantial buffet. All seasoned with sympathy and many good tips on places to see. We will come back soon for a longer vacation.

We stayed in November in the "Anice" room, which was truly welcoming, spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail, quiet, tastefully and carefully renovated. The breakfast is good (also gluten-free) and is served in the kitchen with the owner, a really nice girl. The exterior is also very well maintained, with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps. The only downside is the proximity to the highway, but the noise of the cars, with the windows closed, is not heard. This "flaw" is offset by the fair price of the property and the beautiful view to the east. I would definitely go back.

We spent 3 nights at 'La Bugneta'. We had a great time: the host Francesca is hospitable and willing to meet every need. The suggestions received on places to visit and on restaurants where you eat well without spending too much, were spot on. The room and bathroom are very clean and complete with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The structure is very close to one of the most renowned seaside resorts in Versilia. We highly recommend it.

All excellent! 'Mint' room and bathroom truly suggestive; everything strictly necessary, but with careful attention to detail; antique furniture 'refreshed' and made current; bathroom with mega shower + functional showerhead. Refined breakfast: ranging from the delicious cake of the day made by the very cute, always smiling and helpful Francesca to fresh strawberries, combined with everything else one could desire; in addition, branded teas, instant coffee, cookies, yogurt, and water are available at any time. The house is equipped with heating and cooling system. Next to Francesca 'collaborates' Stefano, a boy who is also extremely polite. A couple who are also animal lovers like cats and dogs, so they gladly welcome 'four-legged' friends. Paolo and I had a great time and will be back for several days in the summer season soon. Versilia deserves it and at 'La Bugneta' the quality-price ratio is excellent. Marcella and Paolo.

We had a hunch! As soon as we arrived La Bugneta immediately appeared warm and welcoming, while the assigned room, named "Menta", took us back in time! Wrapped in such a pleasant feeling of tranquility, all tensions loosened after the long journey.\n\nAnd upon waking up? Nothing better than an excellent, abundant breakfast prepared by the skilled and polite Francesca.\n\nWhen we return to the area, we will definitely stop here again, hopefully soon, goodbye Francesca!

I came back for the second time because I had already had a very good experience last winter. These days it's very hot and I had a very pleasant surprise: the air conditioning. I thought of renting a bike to go to the sea and another surprise: without paying any extra charge there are bikes for customers with a lock. Everything is perfect. It feels like home. Well-deserved 10 out of 10.

It had been decided to take a break to break the journey, without great expectations and instead... surprise. La Bugneta. One of those places that stay in your heart. Warm, welcoming, clean, tastefully furnished, simple but with all the amenities, a short walk from Pietrasanta and the highway exit but with tranquility around, the friendliness of Francesca and Stefano... in short, a place to return.

The structure is located in an excellent strategic position, very close to Fiumetto and therefore near Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi: situated in a very quiet and silent area, it ensures a truly relaxing stay.
