Independent house located in the heart of the historic center, immersed in the atmosphere of the medieval city and a few steps from the main tourist attractions and the train station, from which you can easily reach the most important historic cities of Tuscany. It can currently accommodate up to 4 people in two separate bedrooms (one double and one twin with two single beds).
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare the dishes you desire, although the city offers a variety of restaurants and clubs able to satisfy the most refined palates.
Fiber and Wi-Fi network available, Smart TV connected to the internet usable as IPTV, (you can access the most popular streaming platforms with your credentials)
It is possible to use a small garage a few steps from the accommodation with a supplement of € 10 per day)
Cleaning is carried out without the use of aggressive chemical products, eco and Bio-compatible products are preferred.
All rooms are sanitized before each Check-In with the use of Ozone which represents the most effective solution for disinfecting environments.
With the same technology, towels and sheets are washed.
N. B. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility - Non-smokers only!

Alessandro arrived promptly to welcome us and responds quickly to e-mails. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The two bedrooms have an almost silent air conditioner. It is located on a quiet street.

Great location in the historic center of Pistoia, but at the same time very quiet, you don't hear any noise even on Saturday night. Kindness and availability from the owner, I greatly appreciated the level of cleanliness and general tidiness of the place.

The stay was really very comfortable and peaceful, the location is very favorable for walks in the city center and among the shops, very easy to reach and especially very welcoming. Besides the comfort, cleanliness, and beauty of the place, the best aspect of the stay was the availability and kindness of the owner, really a great B&B, we hope to return and highly recommend it.

Our one-week stay at Kalegius was very pleasant. The property is in the historic center, just a few minutes' walk from Piazza del Duomo and ten minutes from the train station. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor and a very spacious double bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. Alessandro is a truly attentive and helpful host, always reachable for any needs. He personally welcomed us for the key handover and gave us useful advice for our stay. We really appreciated a series of welcome gifts (a bottle of excellent local wine and various treats), which is uncommon. We highly recommend this property. Thank you again Alessandro.
