Il Palazzino is a charming farmhouse located on top of an olive hill, offering a splendid panoramic view of the countryside and the sea, just 7 km away.
You will be enchanted by the allure of the salons and rooms, which will transport you to another era. You can stay in a carefully restored historic residence, where every small detail has been taken care of by the owners.
Each of the 7 rooms or suites is unique and will take you on a journey through time. Spacious and equipped with private bathrooms and modern amenities, they offer relaxing stays amidst the surrounding nature. In the morning, you will wake up to abundant breakfasts with homemade pastries, fresh fruit, jams, savory specialties, and more. One of the suites (Private SPA Suite) even has a small private SPA with a whirlpool tub, a biosauna, and dedicated relaxation areas. The property also includes an independent cottage, the Casa Minnie, located just a few steps away from the main house, providing tranquility and surrounded by greenery.
The adjacent park offers various outdoor areas with gazebos, sun loungers, and small tables for relaxation. The swimming pool provides the ideal place for moments of total relaxation, while contemplating the nearby medieval village of Bibbona, just a few hundred meters away.
From June to September, the farmhouse opens a delightful wine bar-restaurant, where you can taste excellent local wines and enjoy dinners featuring fresh pasta specialties, delicious appetizers, local meats, and exquisite homemade ice creams. Regular events dedicated to the Etruscan world are also organized, such as conferences and guided visits to the Etruscan cave on the property.
Specializing in the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil, the farmhouse also offers a farm shop with typical local products. To enhance the guests' vacation experience even during the low season, the farmhouse organizes weekends with food and wine packages.

Every morning we are delighted to offer you our fragrant breakfast characterized by homemade products and fruit from our farm: freshly baked cakes, homemade brioches and cookies, seasonal fruit, excellent jams, yogurt, cereals, custard, fresh eggs, fruit juices; and for those who love savory, a rich selection of local cheeses and cold cuts.
Restaurant
The Palazzino offers its guests a rich gastronomy characterized by local products and those from local businesses. Our kitchen will propose dishes from the Tuscan tradition revisited with creativity and elaborated with high-quality products: extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate, crispy vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, fresh fruit, exquisite cheeses, Chianina meats, balsamic vinegar, and excellent local wines.
Our restaurant, open in the evenings from mid-June to mid-September, is located in a separate building about 200 meters pleasant walk from the main house. Due to its picturesque location and accessibility to external guests, the small restaurant has acquired its own special identity over the years: it is called "Via di Bacco 12".

Weekend di relax totale in una struttura fantastica immersa nel verde. Maurizio e Carla sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ci hanno consigliato dove cenare e fare degustazioni e ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo.
Private spa suite fenomenale con vasca idromassaggio, bio-sauna e lettino massaggiante, peccato sia durato così poco! Lo consiglio tantissimo.

Sono stati giorni di pieno relax, siamo entrati in un'altra dimensione.
La struttura merita, è da vedere. Siamo stati accolti in modo gentile e caloroso, il personale sempre con il sorriso ci siamo sentiti a casa. Colazione abbondante e molto buoni i prodotti fatto da loro. Devo fare i complimenti sia alla Carla che a Maurizio e grazie di tutto.

Un posto meraviglioso.
Viaggio spesso e mi trovo a frequentare vari B&b e agriturismi, ma questo è stato quello che mi ha colpito di più. Cortesia, professionalità, pulizia, colori.
Tutto fantastico. Sono veramente felice. Ci tornerò sicuramente per poter provare anche le altre stanze.

Non si può che rimanere estasiati dalla bellezza del posto, l'eleganza della struttura e la disponibilità dei due gestori. Colazione ottima e ricca, Suite spaziosa e pulita. Maurizio e Carla si sono subito adoperati per risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Non siamo riusciti a salutarli andando via, ma poco importa, lo si farà alla prossima occasione.
Provate questo rifugio dal caos.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden; altes, aber feines Ambiente in einem italienischen Herrschaftshaus (Palazzino); großes Anwesen auf den Hügeln der Toskana mit Meerblick; eine kleine Enoteca im Ort gehört dazu; nette und geistreiche Gastgeber, gute Bewirtung (Frühstück); etruskische Kunst; die Anlage ist wunderbar; gerne sind wir dort wieder Gast.

Die Unterkunft ist unbeschreiblich schön. Malerisch gelegen, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Super Frühstück und auch ein sehr gutes Dinner im Restaurant Do-Sonntags. Beste Qualität!
