Il Palazzino is a charming farmhouse located on top of an olive hill, offering a splendid panoramic view of the countryside and the sea, just 7 km away.
You will be enchanted by the allure of the salons and rooms, which will transport you to another era. You can stay in a carefully restored historic residence, where every small detail has been taken care of by the owners.
Each of the 7 rooms or suites is unique and will take you on a journey through time. Spacious and equipped with private bathrooms and modern amenities, they offer relaxing stays amidst the surrounding nature. In the morning, you will wake up to abundant breakfasts with homemade pastries, fresh fruit, jams, savory specialties, and more. One of the suites (Private SPA Suite) even has a small private SPA with a whirlpool tub, a biosauna, and dedicated relaxation areas. The property also includes an independent cottage, the Casa Minnie, located just a few steps away from the main house, providing tranquility and surrounded by greenery.
The adjacent park offers various outdoor areas with gazebos, sun loungers, and small tables for relaxation. The swimming pool provides the ideal place for moments of total relaxation, while contemplating the nearby medieval village of Bibbona, just a few hundred meters away.
From June to September, the farmhouse opens a delightful wine bar-restaurant, where you can taste excellent local wines and enjoy dinners featuring fresh pasta specialties, delicious appetizers, local meats, and exquisite homemade ice creams. Regular events dedicated to the Etruscan world are also organized, such as conferences and guided visits to the Etruscan cave on the property.

Every morning we are delighted to offer you our fragrant breakfast characterized by homemade products and fruit from our farm: freshly baked cakes, homemade brioches and cookies, seasonal fruit, excellent jams, yogurt, cereals, custard, fresh eggs, fruit juices; and for those who love savory, a rich selection of local cheeses and cold cuts.
Restaurant
The Palazzino offers its guests a rich gastronomy characterized by local products and those from local businesses. Our kitchen will propose dishes from the Tuscan tradition revisited with creativity and elaborated with high-quality products: extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate, crispy vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, fresh fruit, exquisite cheeses, Chianina meats, balsamic vinegar, and excellent local wines.
Our restaurant, open in the evenings from mid-June to mid-September, is located in a separate building about 200 meters pleasant walk from the main house. Due to its picturesque location and accessibility to external guests, the small restaurant has acquired its own special identity over the years: it is called "Via di Bacco 12".

Total relaxation weekend in a fantastic structure immersed in greenery. Maurizio and Carla are very kind and extremely helpful, they advised us on where to dine and taste wines and we always had a great time.\n\nPhenomenal private spa suite with Jacuzzi, bio-sauna, and massaging bed, too bad it lasted so short! I highly recommend it.

It has been days of complete relaxation, we entered another dimension. The structure deserves, it's a must-see. We were welcomed in a kind and warm way, the staff always with a smile, we felt at home. Abundant breakfast and very good products made by them. A wonderful place. I travel often and find myself frequenting various Bed and Breakfasts and agritourisms, but this is the one that impressed me the most. Courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness, colors. Everything fantastic. I am truly happy. I will definitely come back to try the other rooms.

One cannot help but be amazed by the beauty of the place, the elegance of the structure, and the availability of the two managers. Excellent and rich breakfast, spacious and clean suite. Maurizio and Carla immediately worked to solve any kind of problem. We couldn't say goodbye when leaving, but it doesn't matter, it will be done next time. Try this refuge from chaos.

We were completely satisfied; old but fine atmosphere in an Italian manor house (Il Palazzino Agriturismo B&B); large estate on the hills of Tuscany with sea view; a small wine shop in the village is part of it; nice and witty hosts, good hospitality (breakfast); Etruscan art; the facility is wonderful; we will gladly be guests there again.

The accommodation is incredibly beautiful. Picturesquely located, very well-kept and lovingly furnished. Super breakfast and also a very good dinner at the Do-Sonntags restaurant. Best quality!
