The Nest has two separate rooms with independent entrance. One has a small private garden with an outdoor table, the other has a patio.

Currently, you can book without a deposit, with a credit card guarantee on this site.

In the heart of Versilia, a stone's throw from the sea, mountains, and art cities, the nest among the olive trees is born, a true B&B.

You will be welcomed in a recently renovated farmhouse, after spending the day on the beautiful nearby beaches or visiting villages and cities with ancient history (Pietrasanta, Camaiore, and Lucca are reachable in a few minutes), you can relax among the olive trees, finding an oasis of relaxation in our garden.

The nest has an independent entrance, parking space, and veranda where you can eat in the summer. Alternatively, you can take advantage of easily accessible restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance.

I fell in love with B & Bs thanks to the experience I had during a trip to France.

Staying in a family structure allows you to experience your holiday in a special way, it allows you to get to know the area in a more intimate way, its culture, its hospitality.

For years I have been thinking of opening one in the region where I live and I finally succeeded.

Curo personalmente le camere e la pulizia, il mio standard è una semplice domanda: io vorrei dormire in questa stanza? Mi spiace se qualche rumore ha disturbato il vostro soggiorno, di solito ricevo commenti positivi sulla silenziosità delle camere. Ho controllato il calendario delle prenotazioni e non mi risultano altri ospiti nella stanza accanto nel periodo di soggiorno, l'unica possibilità resta che il rumore sia arrivato dal piano superiore, dove abita una persona di solito molto silenziosa, ma ci sta l'eccezione, di cui mi scuso personalmente.

Great location as a base for visiting Versilia. Spacious, well-furnished, and clean room. It would be helpful to have a thick curtain/blind to reduce the light in the morning. Gina is very kind and generous with great advice. Very positive experience.

I stayed at Nido degli Olivi for the Carnival of Viareggio. The two rooms (one family and the other for two people) are located on the ground floor of a small villa, in a green, quiet and peaceful environment. They both have independent access to ensure maximum privacy. The property is surrounded by a large garden, and there is internal parking. It is certainly the ideal place to visit Lucca, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi and combine relaxation with the holiday spirit. Gina, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. Starting this summer, there will also be a space for barbecue/drinks in the garden and a kitchen available. The presence of only two rooms guarantees intimacy, confidentiality and peace.

A bit inconvenient to enter and exit the property, especially if you have a five-meter long car. We were guests of Gina and her husband, during the Barter Week, in exchange for a holistic treatment for both. The welcome was excellent, we immediately felt pampered by the owners. The room was clean, super cute and tidy. In the morning, we really enjoyed the breakfast in their kitchen exchanging a few words and getting recommendations on places to visit during the day. Gina was very attentive in highlighting the attractions of the area and gave us excellent advice. We will definitely come back to visit you! Thank you for your hospitality!

We were not in a simple Bed and Breakfast, we were at home! Availability, cleanliness, but above all the warmth and empathy of Gina. Excellent breakfast, homemade cake and jam, a patio for coffee outdoors. Gina's directions for lunch, dinner, and places to visit were excellent. We only stayed one night at this B&B, a 10-minute drive from the center of Viareggio, but it was a pleasant experience. It is a fairly dated house located in a residential area, which has converted a couple of ground floor rooms by renovating them: ours was spacious and clean. We were welcomed by the very kind and helpful Gina, who will also advise you on what to see in the area! Breakfast is served directly in the room at an agreed time, and is really very rich, with sweet and savory options. The only flaw of the structure is the temperature of the room: being a house with many years, the walls probably do not retain heat well, so we had to keep the air conditioner on all the time, otherwise it would cool down in no time. I definitely recommend it if you are passing through the area.

I booked both rooms at 'Il Nido fra gli Olivi' property, comfortable and easy to reach just a few kilometers from the highway. Upon arrival, the owner Gina welcomed us, letting us park the car in the internal parking and escorted us to the room, which is very spacious and equipped with all comforts, including a small fridge to use if needed and a tea corner. The second room, where three people stayed, is also very spacious and has a walk-in closet. Excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to visit nearby, also excellent are the sweets she prepares for breakfast. Courteous and always available, if I happen to go to the area again, I will definitely contact her. Highly recommended!

The owner Gina is a courteous and helpful person, she explains in great detail what to visit, even the less touristy but interesting corners, and what to taste of the local delicacies, also suggesting where to find the best places nearby that offer an excellent quality/price ratio. The owner is hospitable and very kind. The place is located on a village street, nothing special. The breakfast is not bad but perhaps too expensive for what was served and how it is organized. In fact, after the first day we went directly to the bar. The main flaw is that the room is very dark, there is little lighting even inside and the mattress is too soft. Unfortunately, I had back pain for three days. I couldn't sleep.

Dopo 9 unni una recensione negativa ci sta. Dispiace che niente sia stato detto al momento perché magari qualcosa avremmo potuto fare per migliorare l'esperienza di soggiorno. Il Nido non può certo competere con hotel di lusso, né vuole farlo, ma cerchiamo di offrire una colazione speciale, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, tanto che, a conti fatti, il costo è pari alla spesa. La posizione dell'alloggio è in un paese circondato dal verde, con i principali servizi a pochi passi. Molti ospiti ne apprezzano la quiete lontano dai rumori del traffico e anche la comodità dei letti, ma è una questione di gusti soggettiva sui quali non si può discutere. Ringrazio per l'ottimo voto dato alla pulizia, in tempi di pandemia credo sia davvero importante la cura prestata a questo aspetto.

With covered parking, you are just a few kilometers from the sea and the Lipu oasis in Massaciuccoli. The most romantic, welcoming, and warm 'nest' I have ever stayed in! I thank Mrs. Gina very much for the wonderful familiarity with which she welcomed us. If you want to feel at home, this is the right place! A B&B immersed in greenery, an oasis of peace, very close to the various Baths and you can also reach Viareggio and Lucca in no time. The breakfast is superb: all prepared by her with extreme care. Heartfelt thanks also from Mayetta, our little dog, who immediately felt at home too. We will be back very soon.

Small Bed and Breakfast among the olive trees of Versilia, a short distance from the sea and many interesting attractions such as the city of Lucca and Lake Massaciuccoli. Room furnished in Shabby Chic style, comfortable and very clean, functional bathroom. Superb breakfast, varied and abundant with homemade cakes and fresh fruit, with the option of having it in the room or under the gazebo. Helpful manager, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Recommended!

Very welcoming atmosphere, simple yet elegant, absolute cleanliness. Especially the friendliness and kindness of the manager make the difference. Abundant breakfast with full availability to meet every need. Outdoor patio for breakfast in complete autonomy. Not far from the sea reachable in a few minutes by car as well as the most renowned cities and locations (Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Camaiore). Small town on the hills but well served. Agreements with beach clubs and restaurants or facilities. Highly recommended. Thank you Gina!

We stayed in this beautiful B&B Il Nido among the olive trees for a couple of days. The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful and well-kept olive grove. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the B&B, making us feel at home. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with good quality products, very varied! The passion that the owners put into caring for hospitality should be an example to many 4-star hotels. You are a family to admire and esteem. Browsing the internet in search of a B&B for us and our dogs, we came across this welcoming nest. Welcomed with the kindness that characterizes Gina and Gianluca, we were immediately pleasantly impressed by the room that would host us, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and by the garden planted with olive trees ideal for our dogs to roam freely in the morning and evening. The breakfast, always abundant and varied every day with homemade cake, a different one every morning, and everything you could wish for, made us appreciate this peaceful place even more. Gina's company, which every morning gave us directions on places to visit accompanied by our pets, gave us the opportunity to see unexpected places, because Versilia is not just about the sea, but many other areas to visit and good food to enjoy. Really many compliments, for the care, attention, and love for everything you do and for making guests feel at home as if they were welcomed into a family, a beautiful family!

We stayed for 2 nights, it was a very pleasant surprise. Strategic location, 10 minutes maximum from the sea and less from Camaiore. The environment is extremely clean and cared for in the smallest details, we were welcomed very well and made immediately comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, varied and beautifully presented. We were pleasantly surprised by some attentions reserved for us (not to be revealed). We were provided with information on where to eat local products and not in places that are not extremely touristy (excellent). Ideal also for children, where they can climb without danger in the huge garden of Olives. The peculiarity of this structure is that it is managed by a person who puts in a lot of passion and is very attentive to details and makes the stay something truly special.

It is truly a nest in every sense. The place inspires tranquility, peace, protection, and serenity. It is cared for in every detail, spotlessly clean or rather one could say clean on clean. What you see in the photos does not do justice to the reality. Getting to the sea is a moment, but here you are immersed in nature. The breakfast is more than abundant. In short, it is a real nest.

If you are looking for a "real" B&B, for availability and courtesy, for attention to detail and also to be a little "pampered" by the managers, this is the place for you! The room is very nice: spacious and carefully decorated. At breakfast nothing is missing and Gina, who manages the place, is a very helpful person and full of attention. We stayed in this B&B for a few days and I must say that we really felt at home. It is highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place, but in a strategic position to visit Versilia.
