Description
"Il Girasole" is located 100 meters from the entrance of Cisanello Hospital. It consists of cozy and comfortable mini-apartments, furnished with care, to make our guests feel at home. You can stay here for short periods related to hospital stays, holidays, or long stays at advantageous prices. Thanks to their strategic location, they are easily reachable from the city center by both the urban high-mobility bus network (from the Pisa Central Railway Station in 10 minutes) and by car from the main road networks (only 1.5 km from the exit of the Florence-Pisa-Livorno Highway).
The apartments are all served by an elevator and each one consists of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and/or shower, two balconies, as well as all the comforts such as a television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, oven, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, washing machine, and iron with ironing board.
Each apartment has its own exclusive parking space in a private courtyard.
Moreover, as a welcome gift for the first morning after arrival, our guests will be offered a FREE packaged breakfast. Finally, the apartments are located near (3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot) the "Pisanova" shopping center including the "Esselunga" hypermarket with 40 shops, a bank, tobacco shop, pharmacy, and post office.
The price of the entire apartment includes all utilities such as water, electricity, gas; weekly change of bed linen, bathroom linen, and use of the fully equipped kitchen.
NOTE: The apartments must be vacated by 9:30 am on the day of departure. After this time, the full day rate will be charged.

Thanks to its strategic location close to the most important communication routes, we are easily reachable at Via Di Mezzana, in Via Paradisa. You can get here by:
- Car:
1. Taking the Milan-Rome-Naples highway (A1), exiting at Scandicci (FI), taking the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway) towards Pisa, exiting at Pisa Nord-Est and then following the indications for the Cisanello Hospital (you will arrive after about 1.5 km from the exit).

Beautiful apartment very well-kept and clean. I had to visit Cisanello Hospital and it is really a stone's throw away. So very convenient to reach on foot. I felt at home and Federica, besides being very kind and helpful, is also very nice.

Beautiful, very clean and very welcoming structure. Excellent air conditioning system and very comfortable environment. Truly excellent, including the welcome breakfast. Thank you Federica for welcoming and hosting us wonderfully! \nThe lady Federica Host is superb. Available, polite, just a lovely person. I recommend this structure to everyone, close to shopping centers where nothing is missing and well connected to the city center. Free parking for cars reserved inside the condominium and closed by an electric gate with remote control. Beautiful experience that I will do again soon.

The structure is welcoming and clean, with new and modern furniture and accessories. Although my stay in Pisa was not for vacation, I felt at home and very comfortable. Molto soddisfatta. Locali ampi, puliti e colorati. Molto meglio della solita camera d’albergo. Occorrente per cucinare. Ottimo per chi ha bisogno di raggiungere in pochi passi l’ospedale di Cisanello. 10 minuti dal centro in bus o in macchina. Gestore gentile, disponibile e soprattutto chiara nelle indicazioni. Locale perfetto se considerate di dovere utilizzare l'ospedale. Massima pulizia e casa molto graziosa, grazie particolare al gestore che ti mette a tuo agio.
Nel caso doveste utilizzare l'ospedale non esitate nello scegliere questa struttura.

Appartamento delizioso situato in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, la posizione è ottima e permette di raggiungere qualsiasi posto a Pisa e zone limitrofe in pochissimo tempo, ricco di tutti i confort e curato nei dettagli, i gestori sono persone molto cortesi, disponibili e riservati.

L'appartamento è curato nei minimi particolari, pulitissimo e per le nostre esigenze (visita in ospedale) si è rivelato in una posizione molto comoda. Davanti casa c'è una fermata del bus per raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti.
È possibile fare una buona colazione grazie alle varie merendine, succhi e marmellate messe a disposizione nella dispensa.
La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile, pronta a risolvere eventuali dubbi o problemi. Il soggiorno è stato breve ma molto piacevole.

Appartamento perfetto, non manca nulla, pulizia impeccabile e colazione abbondante.
È a due passi dall'ospedale quindi per chi come me deve soggiornare per motivi di salute è l'ideale.

Ho soggiornato solamente una notte in uno degli appartamenti de il Girasole, dato che il giorno dopo avrei avuto una visita all'ospedale Cisanello. L'appartamento è piccolino ma delizioso, curato nei particolari e molto pulito; mi sono sentita a casa. La padrona di casa è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa era calda (dato che fuori era molto freddo non è cosa da poco), e vi era una credenza piene di cose buone per fare colazione. Gli asciugamani profumavano di bucato appena fatto e mai mi era capitato di sentirlo. La zona è molto tranquilla e la consiglio a chi come me deve andare in ospedale infatti l'appartamento si affaccia proprio su uno degli edifici dell'ospedale. È vicino dalla stazione di Pisa Centrale e facile da raggiungere sia in taxi che in autobus. A pochi metri vi è un buon ristorante pizzeria, certo la zona non è il massimo per chi vuole solo visitare la città perché nelle vicinanze non c'è niente a parte un bar e una parrucchiera; ma è ottima per chi cerca la vicinanza all'ospedale.

In occasione di un intervento chirurgico a mio figlio ho soggiornato presso il Girasole in via Simon: ho trovato gentilezza, disponibilità e molta pulizia, l'appartamento ben organizzato e fornito, vicinanza comoda all'ospedale, parcheggio.

Abbiamo alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti de "Il Girasole" per visita della città. Appartamento squisito, pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, colori e particolari, cucina attrezzata e completa di tutto, un'anta della credenza ricca di prodotti da colazione (buoni da mangiare ma anche belli da vedere). La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito sotto la palazzina (comodissimo). La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e cortese, soprattutto ad aspettarci un intero pomeriggio causa problemi col navigatore e cambio di strada. Per nostra sfortuna abbiamo trovato un week-end piovoso e burrascoso, così abbiamo goduto appieno la nostra permanenza in questo delizioso appartamento. Consigliatissimo.
