The B&B "Il Giglio d'Oro" is located opposite the ancient city walls, is located 300 meters from the railway station and 5 minutes walk from downtown. The B&B offers a bright and welcoming double room with private bath: furnished with exquisite care, will ensure your privacy in a pleasant and comfortable.

Ideal for those seeking a comfortable and familiar for those who have the pleasure to attend many events to offer. For example, the inevitable appointment with the Antique Fair is held every first weekend of the month, or the scenic Saracen Joust event held the second Saturday of June and the first Sunday of September: Listed, knights, musicians, parade and flag-wavers the streets, accompanying the brave knights, representatives of the four historic districts of the city, which is challenging in the magnificent setting of Piazza Grande to the conquest of the Golden Spear.

Very nice and cozy, close to the center, you can easily walk in a few minutes. Possibility to park in the parking lot right below with €10. Very comfortable bed. The owner Antonio was very welcoming and helpful in everything. Recommended.

Salve, ho piacere che si è trovato bene nel mio B&B e grazie mille per l'ottima recensione. Ha pagato €10 per il posto auto custodito perché il 22 giugno è il giorno della Giostra del Saracino, come sarà anche per i giorni della Fiera Antiquaria, 25 Aprile, 1 maggio, 2 giugno, 15 agosto, l'8 dicembre e Natale. Per tutti gli altri giorni dell'anno il posto auto costa solo €5. Grazie ancora Buona giornata.

My husband and I stayed during the Christmas markets. The property is in a strategic position with the possibility of parking in an adjacent garage. Excellent room cleanliness, average breakfast. The owner, helpful and kind, provided us with all the information possible for a pleasant tour of the city and good tips on where to eat. We had a great time, I definitely recommend it.

I stayed three nights at B&B Il Giglio d'Oro and I had an amazing time! It is just a stone's throw from the station and the historical center, with an open view. Even though it is on the first floor, I was amazed by the silence, guaranteed by windows that block intense traffic. The mattress is divine for my aching back. The room has its own entrance, and you feel very free; it also has a beautiful terrace for breakfast, full of flowers and a real vegetable garden; the managers are very kind and friendly. Awesome!

I spent a nice long weekend thanks to the accommodation that Mr. Antonio and his wife provided us. The environment is warm and welcoming, well cared for and clean. The managers are extremely helpful but discreet. The possibility of parking the car in the adjacent garage is convenient, and thanks to its proximity to the center, it allowed us to avoid using it in a city that is definitely poorly structured in terms of traffic. I absolutely recommend the B&B Il Giglio d'Oro, which will see me as a customer for my future visits to my hometown.
