The Fiorentino apartment is located at the T2 tram stop "Torre degli Agli". You can reach the center at the Santa Maria Novella station in 8 stops-12 minutes and the Florence airport in 5 minutes; it can be reached by car from the "Firenze Centro" exit of the A1 motorway; WE HAVE a private paid parking with gate about 100 m from the property (10 euros per day).

The apartment is spacious, quiet, very welcoming and equipped with high-speed WIFI connection. Here you will find COMFORT, PRIVACY, RELAX and you can breathe the true atmosphere of Florence.

The Fiorentino apartment, a place of relaxation in historic Florence, is located on the sixth floor of a sunny building with elevator. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a surface of 75 square meters. The tram stop is right under the house; thanks to the tram you will arrive in the historic center easily. We have a private parking available about 100 meters from the apartment, the parking is closed by an automatic gate. At check-in we will provide the magnetic key of the gate and you can park easily and conveniently near the apartment. The parking has only one parking space available.

Thanks to the available parking, you can use the tram to move freely and walk in the wonderful historic center of Florence, enjoy the historic Renaissance atmosphere of one of the most beautiful art cities in Italy and visit the most important monuments.

The building has a large entrance that leads to the elevator; you can reach the apartment on the sixth floor and enter the Fiorentino Apartment.

The Fiorentino Apartment consists of a large entrance hall, two bedrooms and another room with a window. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with window and a kitchen with a balcony where you can enjoy typical Italian coffee and cook fantastic pasta dishes thanks to a modern induction hob.

The Fiorentino Apartment is a bright and fully furnished apartment to make every guest feel at home. The apartment is simple but equipped with every comfort, air conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the kitchen. The heating is centralized (active from November 1st to April 15th). The apartment is very welcoming, it will make you feel at home even though you are in one of the cities richest in history in Italy. To ensure greater privacy, roller shutters, mosquito nets and blackout curtains have been installed in all rooms. Their use is at the discretion of the guest.

KITCHEN
The kitchen of the Fiorentino Apartment is practical, functional, complete, equipped with a 4-zone induction hob, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, sink and a Lavazza espresso machine stocked with capsules, sugar and everything you need for a wonderful awakening in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy: Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance.

The Fiorentino Apartment is equipped with complete sets of plates, glasses, cups, bottle openers, bowls and kitchen cutlery.

The kitchen is complete with everything you need for cooking. (N. B. the dishwasher in the kitchen is NOT active).

BEDROOM WITH BALCONY
Each bedroom of the Fiorentino Apartment is equipped with a KING SIZE double bed (180x200) with a memory foam mattress and topper to rest in total relaxation. It has a wardrobe to store your clothes in an orderly and practical way, two bedside tables, two lamps to read Florentine poetry in the evening (you can find some books in the kitchen), a desk for your smart-working and a chair.

BEDROOM WITH WINDOW
The second bedroom of the Fiorentino Apartment is also equipped with a KING SIZE double bed (180x200) with a comfortable mattress, memory foam topper. The room is equipped with a wardrobe to store clothes in order, two bedside tables, two lamps, two desks and chairs. Working freely, smart-working or simply studying from this room will be optimal and efficient thanks to the silence and peace that the apartment offers. The side window prevents light from reflecting directly on the computer screen, ensuring comfortable digital work thanks also to the free high-speed wifi connection.

HALLWAY
The Fiorentino Apartment welcomes you with a corridor full of images of the main artistic and cultural attractions of Florence. At the entrance you will find two wall shoe racks to store shoes, ensuring hygiene throughout your stay. The corridor allows the apartment to separate each room, leaving each one its own privacy and access to the bathroom and kitchen without disturbing others.

BATHROOM
The Fiorentino Apartment has a classic Italian bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and bathtub with shower. Hand soap, toilet paper, a set of towels (face, body) and a shower-shampoo kit for each guest are included.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have the house at your complete disposal.

Bedrooms:
- With a reservation of up to 2 people, guests will have access to the bedroom with air conditioning, the bathroom with window and the kitchen with balcony. The other bedroom will remain closed. (N. B. The use of the second bedroom for reservations of only 2 people involves an extra cost of 30 euros per day).

- With reservations of 3 to 4 people, guests will also have access to the second bedroom with air conditioning.

You can use the elevator to easily reach the sixth floor where the apartment is located.

The price includes a courtesy set of towels and shower gel for each guest, sheets, condominium fees, utilities, heating, air conditioning, fast WIFI connection.

THE RULES OF THE FIORENTINO:
Please do not book on behalf of other people: it is explicitly forbidden by the site rules and I will be forced to report and cancel any reservation made on behalf of third parties.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN:
Upon check-in, an identity document will be required for each guest, in order to comply with legal obligations. For Italians and Europeans in general, an identity card is sufficient, while for non-Europeans a passport is essential (visas and residence permits are not considered valid documents). It is required by law that at least one of the residents be of age. A minor accompanied by an adult other than the parents must have the consent of at least one of the parents.

RESPECT FOR CONDOMINIUM OWNERS:
- It is forbidden to make noise on the stairs and disturb other condominium members from 11: 00 pm to 7: 00 am. Parties and rave parties are prohibited.

- Please close all windows and lock the front door when you leave the accommodation.

- Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of 50 euros. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony (remember to use the ashtray).

- Do not bring bicycles into the house.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Please remember to let us know your arrival time as soon as possible, so that we can arrange our meeting and not keep you waiting. Check-in is possible from 3: 00 PM. It is necessary to agree on a meeting time. A few days before check-in, you will receive a message asking for information on the arrival time. Please respect this time and let us know in case of delay.

For check-ins after 11: 30 pm there is a €30 supplement. It is therefore necessary to agree on a time, after checking the availability of the check-in.

IMPORTANT CHECK-OUT INFORMATION:
Check-out is at 10: 00 am (20 euro supplement for late check-out). Make sure to close windows and balconies and throw away the garbage. Before leaving, leave the keys on the kitchen table and close the door behind you.

HOUSE KEYS:
Breakage or loss of keys will result in a penalty of 80 euros.
