Il Casale Mancini is an ancient farmhouse was born in 1897 in vadese campaign, of which a gentleman came from the Marches with his wife in the mid-1900s he fell in love and with sacrifice and long working days in the fields was able to buy it.
Since the beginning, the dream of Mr Mancini Agostino was to build there where
finally he lived with his family, something unique and where his daughters could have let people know about their skills in the kitchen..
Renovated in 2006, it has become a true atoll of peace and tranquility.
Where Liliana and Livia with love and passion have created dishes with an authentic taste
born from the union of quality ingredients with years of training and devotion to this work materials.
Today the house is completely controlled by the Mancini family is that corner of
paradise to spend an evening of good food and relaxation,
that place where you know to find genuine products, biological zero km where the care and attention to people with allergies and intolerances is not overshadowed.
With this brief presentation we hope to have made you understand the way

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and quiet, the food is good, the managers are available and attentive. Perhaps the play area for families with children could be improved.

Stayed for a few days, but still relaxing. Great facility, breakfast, and dinner. Excellent welcome and the company of Mr. Giuseppe who told us a lot of anecdotes related to Il Casale Mancini. Very very satisfied with this mini vacation in Vada.

Il posto, sia come interni che il parco esterno, sono molto carini e ben curati. Le camere spaziose e accoglienti anche se, nota negativa, il climatizzatore ed il frigo sono piuttosto approssimativi.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare posto, a cavallo di Ferragosto, in quest'oasi di tranquillità e benessere! I gestori gentilissimi, ci sono venuti incontro in ogni modo, il cibo per altro eccellente, era vario e raffinato. Pulizia e cortesia all'ennesima potenza. Di sicuro se potremo, l'anno prossimo, sappiamo che c'è un posto dove poter davvero riposare e godere, sia pur brevemente, una vera vacanza. Paola e famiglia Mannini.
