Located next to Piazza dei Miracoli, it offers elegant, quiet and well-equipped rooms. Very close to market and restaurants, it is easily reachable by car, from the train station by bus in 20 minutes or from the airport by taxi in 10 minutes.

Every detail is very groomed, in particular privacy and every service.

Delightful place, practically attached to the tower! The room was very clean and tastefully furnished; we found a bottle of water, orange soda, and cookies. Very kind owner. Highly recommended!

In summary: clean environment, spacious room, retro style improvable but pleasant, a few meters from the tower, the owners make you feel comfortable and you are practically independent. When needed, they were immediately available. Reasonable price. We did not have breakfast. I consider it valid also for a possible next weekend.

We were satisfied, recommended. Price adequate for the structure, we did not have breakfast because I think it was a little expensive (7€ per person). To be appreciated the silence and the singing of the birds in the small garden.

We stayed in the Mezzogiorno Suite; the kind Alessandra hosts you in spacious, well-furnished, clean rooms equipped with many services (free WiFi, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, good supply of towels). There are paid parking lots a few hundred meters away (near the stadium or near Campo dei Miracoli), you can request permission to enter the limited traffic zone (I recommend contacting in advance to provide the license plate number) and park near the B&B for 8€ per day; we parked at the free parking in via Alberto Paparelli, but be careful, on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a market. Rich breakfast. There is also a nice internal garden with a ping-pong table (there are also rackets and balls), a chess table, and comfortable deck chairs to relax. Staying a few meters from Campo dei Miracoli was an unforgettable experience for me and my family, very nice to see from the window the square in front of the tower come to life, slowly, with tourists and vendors. I hope to find a place again next time.

The B&B is truly very nice and convenient to the city center as it is in the main square adjacent to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The owners are two delightful people and are available for any needs. The breakfast is very rich and varied.

The reasons for my long stay in the "Mezzogiorno" suite were certainly not for leisure. However, the strategic and enchanting location of the establishment, along with the elegance of the managers of Il Campanile, made this period truly enjoyable. I recommend it to anyone who wants to, or needs to, stop in Pisa.

We stayed for just one night, we found ourselves very well, just a short walk from the Tower. The breakfast was good and abundant. The owners were kind. The only problem was the mosquitoes. We did not expect them in December.

One of those places worth remembering and recommending to friends and relatives. In the shade of the tower, beautiful historic house, clean, tidy, and well-furnished. Wonderful and courteous people. Peaceful rest without any kind of nighttime disturbance. Fantastic rooms. Excellent, too bad I could not stay longer.
