Bright and spacious apartment suitable for couples and families. Very central and strategic position to visit the city. 2min from the Cathedral of Siena, 7 min from Piazza del Campo. Panoramic view and on-site services. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building from about 1700 so it does not have a lift.
NOTE: It is not a B&B but we will leave every morning what is necessary to have breakfast independently, at the time you prefer, before check out.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-heated room. Good breakfast. The only downside is the absence of an elevator if a room is assigned on the higher floors.

I add the praise even if not expected. A special praise to the owners Sara and Eugenio: kind, helpful, attentive, and always available or reachable. Excellent location of the property close to the center and with the possibility of free parking. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Large, comfortable rooms, complete with everything, even Smart TV. I recommend it to those who want to spend a nice vacation in the 'magical' Siena.

The property is located in a strategic position as it is very close to the town center. It is managed optimally by Eugenio, who is very kind and available to provide you with all the useful information for discovering Siena. Very spacious, clean, and well-furnished room. A nice apartment with breakfast included provided me everything I needed for a nice business trip. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was a short distance from the major tourist attractions. The host was helpful and I could arrive late in the evening without any issues. Nice apartment in the center of Siena. Located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a historic building, it challenges people who are not used to climbing stairs. Clean and very comfortable room with two flaws: the bathroom with a slightly annoying drain smell and the absence of the air conditioner replaced by a fan. Well-equipped kitchen with a rich breakfast. Also very cute is the little garden on the ground floor!
