The structure is located a 3-minute drive from Cisanello Hospital, in front of the CNR, and a 10-minute walk from the city center.

The sea is a 20-minute drive away.

Our rooms are simple and welcoming, equipped with a private en-suite bathroom, television, and overlooking the garden.

The en-suite bathroom is equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer and towels.

The common room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking plates, utensils, and tables for preparing a meal.

Nice Bed and Breakfast, very clean, spacious rooms, very kind and helpful manager. Adjacent to the CNR (optimal for those, like me, going to Pisa for the CNR), a bit far from the center. Excellent value for money.

Pleasant stay in a very comfortable independent house with a large private bathroom and spacious common areas. Around it has everything you need, from food to transportation. The city center is just a 20-minute walk away. We were greeted and shown around by a delightful lady who gave excellent advice. I absolutely recommend it and hope to return.

I stayed at the Bed and Breakfast I Limoni on a business trip to Pisa. Working at CNR, the location was perfect for me, but it is also very well connected to the station for tourist visits, in addition to being convenient for those traveling by car and unable to enter the center due to the ZTL. At I Limoni, I found a simple but clean environment, with a very spacious room and bathroom, and a friendly, warm welcome attentive to every need, as it should be in a family-run Bed and Breakfast. I found the common space in the kitchen very convenient, equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, a kettle, and a microwave, useful for those who want to have a snack or even a full meal on the premises. Personally, I had dinner there 3 out of 4 nights, which was very convenient for me. I absolutely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely be back.

I stayed for one night in the single room (blue room). The bathroom window faced the interior of the room, while the room window faced the courtyard of the building, but frankly there was a bad smell. The mattress was embarrassing. The shower water was at times hot and cold. Kind owner.

We absolutely recommend it. Welcoming and clean environment. Very kind and helpful staff. Large room and well-equipped shared lounge. Great location to move towards the center, close to the stop, free car parking in front of the stop.

La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta. In pochissimo tempo si raggiunge il centro a piedi. La titolare è molto professionale e gentile. Quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto alto. Ritornerò sicuramente.

Direi quasi perfetto, se ci sarebbe un cambio più frequente della biancheria e se ci fosse qualche mensola al lavabo del bagno per poter appoggiare qualche cosa. Per quanto mi riguarda, carino e ben tenuto, con il minimo sforzo, grande accoglienza.

Ho alloggiato un paio di volte al B&B I Limoni a Pisa e l'ho trovato confortevole, pulito e in una buona posizione. La cucina è dotata di tutti i confort, si può tranquillamente pranzare o cenare lì, Con la fermata della lam verde di fronte il B&B si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti.

Gestore disponibile, ottima accoglienza. Posizionato difronte alla fermata della Lam ed a pochi minuti a piedi dal CNR ed al Dipartimento di Chimica. Ambiente molto pulito ed ordinato con stanza comune accogliente. Le camere con arredamento semplice ed essenziale, ma calde, con bagno privato, tv e armadio. Colazione con vari tipi di merendine, succhi di frutta e latte. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, ma il frigo permette di comprare e tenere alimenti in più, anche per la cena. A disposizione forno a microonde, macchina del caffè a cialde e piastra elettrica, cosi come pentole e padelle. Grande attenzione per la raccolta differenziata. Durante il mio soggiorno, mi sono trovata molto bene, dormito in letti comodi e senza nessun disturbo dalla strada.

Stanza tripla verde carina, pulita, confortevole, calda e letti comodi. Bagno nuovo, pulito. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Parcheggio a pagamento, solo dalle 8 alle 14, le altre ore libere distante 15 metri oppure non a pagamento distante circa 400/500 m. Nel complesso buona esperienza, gestione disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo scelto di non fare la colazione ma i gestori ci hanno lasciato cmq, in camera, 4capsule per la macchinetta del caffè che si trova nella stanza colazioni. Se devo trovare un però come rapporto qualità/prezzo e senza colazione, a mio parere, si potrebbe pagare un po' meno di 70 euro.

Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria e molto carine le stanze, ampie e confortevoli. Ottimo il punto per passare qualche giornata a Pisa senza il caos del centro città ma comunque con tutti i servizi nei dintorni. Siamo stati veramente bene. Ci torneremo.

Great place to stay in Pisa! I worked at the CNR and this B&B is about 5 minute walk. Town is roughly 30 minute walk but along a very simple route. The owner Jessica is very nice, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but a very good price. The only thing I could want would be a kettle in my room! In summary, I highly recommend this place.

Molto disponibili e cordiali. Persone veramente di cuore. Avevo il cane paralizzato e, in nostra assenza, quando ha cominciato a piovere, si sono adoperati a ripararlo dalla pioggia. La struttura è molto accogliente. La macchina trova facilmente posto nei parcheggi gratuiti vicinissimi. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, senza bisogno delle quattroruote. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole andare a Pisa. Accanto al B&B bar e pizzeria.

La struttura di recente ristrutturazione, è al piano terra. La pulizia è quello che si nota entrando nella casa dove vi è il B&B è situato, si rimane affascinati dallo splendido profumo che emanano i fiori e il verde con la citronella. La camera singola dove ho pernottato è ampia e molto luminosa, pur essendo a bordo della strada, le finestre ben coibentate di ultima generazione non fanno sentire nessun frastuono, la camera all'esterno della finestra ha la zanzariera contro questi che in questo periodo invadono Pisa. La gentilezza delle proprietarie è l'elemento che ha contraddistinto questo mio soggiorno, poiché mi hanno lasciato il permesso di lasciare la camera dopo molte ore rispetto l'orario del check-out. Struttura molto funzionale per via della centralità del posto, viario, e di notevole rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie e alla prossima.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, l'appartamento ha 3 camere con soggiorno in comune molto grande, tutto sempre pulitissimo. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

È come stare a casa propria, lo consiglio, soprattutto a chi vuole stare vicino ai figli universitari che hanno l'alloggio a Praticelli. Comunque va bene per qualsiasi esigenza, proprietari disponibili e gentili, e oggi non è poco.

Abbiamo pernottato solo per due notti. Un appartamento al piano terra con tre camere da letto e cucina in comune. Non eccelle la struttura in quanto modernità ma acquista punti per la pulizia (effettuata giornalmente), l'abbondante colazione e la cortesia dei gestori.

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte ma ho trovato un ambiente pulito, molto spazioso, bagno super nuovo, titolare molto gentile. Non posso far altro che dare un giudizio molto positivo e consigliarlo a chi avesse bisogno di soggiornare a Pisa.
